Read allinformation before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.

• Thisdevice is suitable for working in an environment of 0°C to 35°C. Temperature for storage should be between -20°C and 45°C. Excessively high or low tempera- -tures may damage the device or reduce the battery’s lifespan.

• When charging, please keep the device in a well-ventilated area. Please charge this device in an environment between 5°C and 35°C. If the device has a flash charging function, it may not be able to enter the flash charging mode when the temperature is below 15°C or over 35°C.

• Donotcharge the battery over 12 hours.

• The adapter, as the disconnect device from the mains, shall be installed near the device and easily accessible.

• Use manufacturer-approved chargers, data cables, batteries and other accessories to prevent potential electric shock, fire, explosion or other hazards.

• The back cover can’t be removed.

• Don ot replace, disassemble, modify, mechanically crush or cut the battery, as it may cause battery leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.

• Do not place the smart device or battery directly in sunlight, near/inside sources of heat orina low air pressure location, which may lead to an explosion or battery leakage.

• To preventdamage to your device’s parts or internal circuits, do not use it in dusty, smoky, damp or dirty environments or near magnetic fields.

• If any partof the product is cracked or damaged, discontinue use immediately and contact the OnePlus Service Center.

• Power off your device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, in blasting areas/near blasting caps and comply with all signs and instructions.

• The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times at least, but it will eventually wear out.

• The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
  Mishandling the battery may cause fire or explosion.

• To prevent hearing damage by high sound pressure, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.

• Listening to a portable device at high volume may damage the user’s ears and cause auditory disorders (temporary or permanent deafness, buzzingin the ears, tinnitus or hyperacusis). It is therefore strongly recommended not to use the portable device at full volume or more than one hour a day at medium volume.

• Precautions for using the device: Observe all safety instructions for any places, especially in hospital/health care facilities, service stations, schools, professional garages and in an aircraft. Do not use your device and adhere to all safety warnings/ regulations regarding mobile device usage while driving.
  Persons with electronic implants (pacemakers, insulin pumps, neurostimulators, etc.) are recommended to place the mobile device 15 cm away from the implant or on the opposite side of the implant.
  Pregnant women should keep the mobile device away from their abdomen and teenagers should keep the mobile device away from their lower abdomen.

• Donotleave your device and its accessories within the reach of small children or
  allow them to play with it. They could hurt themselves or others, or may accidentally
  damage the device.

• Your device contains small parts with sharp edges that may cause an injury or which could become detached and create a choking hazard.

• All personal information may be removed during or after the product software upgrade. Please back up your personal information before upgrading.

• The operating system of this product supports official system updates. If the user rooted the ROM system of any third party or modified the system file by cracking, it may lead to security risks of the system. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information
Your mobile device is aradio transmitter and receiver. Itis designed not to exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves recommended by international guidelines.
These guidelines were developed by the independent scientific organization ICNIRP and include safety margins designed to assure the protection of all persons, regardless of age and health.

Care and Maintenance

The following suggestions will help you maintain and prolong the life of your device.

• Only qualified and authorized personnel should make repairs to this product.
• Disabling features such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fiwhen not in use and dimming the screen can help you save energy and extend battery life.
• Clean your smart device and charger with a soft, clean, dry cloth. If the screen comes into contact with liquid or dust, please clean itimmediately. Do not use alcohol orirritating chemicals to clean the device.
• Touching the screen with a sharp object may cause the screen to be scratched.
• Please do not touch the connection port of the smart device, as static electricity may harm components in the device.
• Do not place the device on uneven or unstable surfaces.
• Do not hit, press, shake or drop the device to avoid damage and injury.
• Chargers are not waterproof. Please do not use these devices in the bathroom, areas of high temperature, humidity or dust; please avoid rain.

5. Ordinary wear and tear.
6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
7. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, orimproper use of any electrical source.
9. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and 3rd party software problems introduced into the product.

Return Policy (Limited to North America & Europe)
This policy is only applicable to the products purchased from OnePlus official website www.oneplus.com or OnePlus Exclusive Store (if any). For any product not purchased from OnePlus official website or OnePlus Exclusive Store, you may refer to the Return Policy of your original purchase channel.
OnePlus phones and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If you are not satisfied with your OnePlus product for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Once we approve your return request and receive the product, we will perform standard inspection. And if the product passes the inspection, we will give you a full refund.
