Soundcore A3993 Active Noise Cancelling Earbuds
Product Information
The product is called Soundcore Life P3i. It can be customized and controlled using the Soundcore App. The app allows users to adjust volume, control playback, activate Siri, switch ANC modes, update firmware, and explore more features. The earbuds have Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which reduces unwanted background noise. There are three modes available: ANC, Transparency, and Normal. The earbuds come with different sizes of EarTips to ensure a comfortable fit. The USB charging port is USB-C and should be fully dried off before charging. A certified USB-C charging cable should be used to prevent any damage. The product can be powered on/off by opening/closing the charging case. When the earbuds are placed in the charging case, they automatically power on/off. There is a protective film on the earbuds that needs to be removed before pairing.
Product Usage Instructions
- To customize and control the product, download the Soundcore App from Google Play or the App Store.
- To upgrade firmware, ensure that the earbuds are placed in the charging case and keep the case open until the upgrade is completed.
- To switch between ANC/Transparency/Normal modes, use the Soundcore App.
- Choose the EarTips that provide the best fit for your ears.
- To charge the earbuds, use a certified USB-C charging cable. Ensure that the USB charging port is completely dry before charging.
- To power on the earbuds, open the charging case. To power off, place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
- To pair the earbuds with a device, remove the protective film, put the earbuds back in the case, and close the lid. Then open the charging case to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. On your device’s Bluetooth list, select “Soundcore Life P3i” to connect.

FIRMWARE UPGRADE
Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware upgrade is completed.
AMBIENT SOUND
Switch ANC/Transparency/Normal modes in the Soundcore App.
- ANC (Active Noise Cancellation): Reduce unwanted background noise.
- Transparency: Stay aware of your surroundings while listening to music.
WEARING
Choose the EarTips that fit your ears best.
CHARGING
Fully dry off the USB charging port before charging.
Use a certified USB-C charging cable to prevent any damage.
POWERING ON/OFF
Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on.
To power off, place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
PAIRING
Remove the protective film from the earbuds, put them back in the case, and close the lid. Open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select “Soundcore Life P3i” on your device’s Bluetooth list to connect.
DUAL CONNECTIONS
There are two ways to connect the earbuds with two Bluetooth devices at the same time.
- In the Soundcore app, go to settings and select Dual Connections > Connect New Device.
- Alternatively, wear the earbuds, then press and hold the touchpad on both earbuds for 3 seconds simultaneously. You can then connect to the earbuds from your second device’s Bluetooth settings.
MANUAL PAIRING
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open, then press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes white.
CONTROLS
- x1: Press once
- x2: Press twice
- 2s: Press and hold for 2 seconds
- x1: Press once
- x2: Press twice
- 2s: Press and hold for 2 seconds
RESET
Reset if the earbuds cannot properly pair with each other or with other
devices.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open. Press and hold
the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging
case flashes red 3 times . This confirms that the reset was successful and
your earbuds can be connected normally.

TIPS
- Bluetooth Pairing: For some smartphones, you may be requested to re-confirm the pairing on a pop-up window after you have selected “Soundcore Life P3i” to pair.
- Breaking Bluetooth Connection: Turn off your Bluetooth device and turn it on again. Remove “Soundcore Life P3i” from your device’s Bluetooth list.
- Reset: If you try to reset the earbuds, make sure that the earbuds are being charged in the case and leave the case open.
