Installing the Micro SD Card
NOTE: For normal operation, use at least a class 4 micro SD card.
Turn the camera OFF /f it is not, already. Insert the micro SD card into the
micro SD slot on the left side of the camera with the metal contacts facing
out. The micro SD card will ONLY FIT IN ONE WAY, if it does not slide in
smoothly, remave and flip the card around. Press firmly until the card clicks
into place.
NOTE: If you install the card and a message appears stating “NO CARD” you
may need to format the micra SD card. Please see the “Format” option in the
“Settings” menu later in this manual.
When installing/using for the first time, you may need to format the card. Formatting WILL ERASE ANY EXISTING STORED PHOTOSNIDEOS ON THE CARD. Please consult the Settings Menu section of this user guide before formatting a micro SD card.
Charging the Camera
To charge the camera, attach the small end of the supplied micro USB cable to
the micro USB port and attach the larger end to the USB port on your computer
or USB adaptor. The LED indicator will turn RED while charging and turn OFF
when charged.
Removing The Battery
To remove the battery, slide the battery pack switch and remove the lid on
the bottom of the camera. Slide the battery out.

Connecting to a Computer
You may connect your camera to a computer using the supplied micro USB cable
to retrieve your recorded videos and photos.
To do so, attach the micro USB cable to the micro USB port and attach the
larger end to the USB port on your computer.
When connecting to a computer for the first time, the camera may need to
install some drivers to allow the computer read the micro SD card. If
prompted, allow your computer to install driven for the camera.
When the camera is ready, it can be accessed through the computer’s Connected
Devices window or under external drives (please consult your computer or
operating system’s user guide for further information on using devices and
external drives).”
The file system of the micro SD card will differ based on the micro SD card’s
manufacturer. For help navigating the file system of your micro SD card,
please consult the manufacturer’s manual for further assistance.
Installing the Mounts
Waterproof Case
Open the waterproof case by holding the switch and pulling the clasp to
undo the back of the case. Insert the camera into the case, lens first, so
that the camera sits securely. Close the back of the case and make sure the
clasp locks and that the waterproof case is completely sealed around the
edges. Clip Case
Insert the camera into the clip case by slightly depressing the clip and
sliding the camera into place. Make sure the clip is on the top side of the
camera so that the shutter button can still be pressed. Handle Bar Mount
The handlebar mount can be used on bicycle handlebars or other similarly-sized
poles.
- Unscrew the two knobs on the mount and remove the bottom piece.
- Wrap the rubber grip around the handlebar.
- Place the top piece on top of the handlebar, then place the bottom piece on the underside.
- Screw the two knobs back into place so that the mount is secure and doesn’t shift.
Once securely placed on the handle bar, the camera can be mounted using the waterproof case or clip case to the handle bar mount.
Helmet Mount
The helmet mount can be used on a standard bicycle helmet by securing with
straps and using the adhesive pads on the underside of the mount.
OPTIONAL: Remove the protective seal on the adhesive strip and place on
your bike helmet so that it sticks in place.
- Take one of the large straps and thread it down through the slot on the helmet mount base.
- Take the end of that strap and thread it through one of the ports on a bicycle helmet and then out through another port.
- Slide the end of the strap through the strap’s clip and adjust until the strap feels properly secure and in place, then press the clip until it clicks into place.
- Using the velcro strips, fasten the loose ends of the large strap to other ports on a bicycle helmet.
- Repeat steps 1 – 4 with the other strap.
Slide the mount into the base and attach the camera to either the clip mount or waterproof mount with a mount fastener. If using the the threaded base, attach the preferred case and secure.
Using the Camera
Powering ON/OFF
- To turn the camera ON, quick press the [ /mode] button.
- To turn the camera OFF, long press the [ /mode] button.
Changing Modes
- To change modes, quick press the [ /mode] button. This will cycle through Video mode, Photo mode, Gallery mode, and the Settings pages for each mode.
Video Mode
Video mode allows you to record video.
- To start recording, quick press the [OK] button. Once recording, a red REC icon will flash along with a time stamp indicating how long you have been recording for.
- To stop recording, press the [OK] button.
- Press the [ ▲ ] button to quickly enable/disable sound while recording.
- Press the [ ▼ ] button to put the display to sleep.
Video Mode UI

Photo Mode
Video mode allows you to take photos.
- To take a photo, quickly press the [OK] button.
- Press the [ ▼ ] button to put the display to sleep.

Gallery Mode
Gallery mode allows you to review your recorded videos and pictures that are
on your installed micro SD card.
- Navigate through your recorded items with the [ ▲ ] and [ ▼ ] buttons.
- Review photos or watch videos by selecting with the [OK] button.
Using the Camera – Settings (cont’d)
Settings Pages
The settings page allows you to change the settings of the camera. These pages
can be accessed via the [ /mode] button.
- Navigate through submenus with the [UP] and [DOWN] buttons.
- Confirm selections using the [OK] button.

Time Stamp| Enable/disable a time stamp on recorded videos in Video mode.
Loop
Recording| Allows you to set the camera for cyclic recording. This will
replace older footage ever X minutes, where X is the number set, below:
• Off/1 Min/2 Min/3 Min/5 Min/10 Min
This allows you to replace unimportant recordings to preserve space on you
micro SD card.
Voice Record| Enable/disable audio in video recording.
EV| Set exposure value for video/photo mode.

Size| Change the quality of photos taken in photo mode.

NOTE: HQ video will take more space on the installed micro SD card.
Delete| Delete selected/all items in gallery mode.
Lock| Lock/unlock selected items. A locked item will not be deleted using the
delete function (described above) from the installed micro SD card.
NOTE: Locked items can still be deleted through a computer.
Volume| Adjust the volume on gallery playback.
Format| Formats the installed micro SD card to work with the camera.
NOTE: THIS WILL ERASE ANY EXISTING DATA ON THE CARD. BACKUP ANY IMPORTANT
FILES TO YOUR COMPUTER FIRST.

Light Frequency| Adjust the light frequency setting on the camera to your
country’s default.

Date Input| Set the date for the camera. This date will be reflected when the
time stamp is enabled.
To set the date use the [ ▲ ] and [ ▼ ] buttons to adjust and use the
[OK] button to confirm your selections.
Video Rotate| Rotate camera
Version| Displays camera information.

In the unlikely event that this product is defective, or does not perform
properly, you may within ninety (90) days from your original date of purchase
return it to the authorized service center for repair or exchange.

Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or
similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines

Warranty service not provided
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, and unauthorized
modification. This warranty is voided in the event any unauthorized person
opens, alters or repairs this product. All products being returned to the
authorized service center for repair must be suitably packaged.
