How to use the electronic torque connector

1. Turn on the power
2. Please press the power button , the display will show , or show .

4. When not in use, 70 seconds after the automatic shutdown.

How to choose the unit

Simultaneously press the ‘M’ and ‘P/T’ 2 keys to select the unit.

Attention

1. This product has 3 kinds of units to choose from (kg-m, lb-ft, Nm)
2. When the unit is converted, the value changes with the unit.

How to set the torque value

1. Please press (+) to select the torque value you need, the display will show the desired torque value for about 10 seconds after the operation, and then display ‘0.0’ before you can start using it.
2. Please press (-) to select your desired torque value, after the operation the display will show the desired torque value for about 10 seconds and then display ‘0.0’ before you can start using it.
   Note: When the torque value reaches 80% of the preset value the buzzer will start to sound, the closer the preset value the more rapid the sound, to reach the preset value takes a long time, at this time please stop applying force.

How to set the maximum torque value and tracking function

Maximum torque value

• Please press the P/T button, when the display is 2 seconds, it will show ‘0.0’.

Tracking Function

• Please press the P/T button, when the display is 2 seconds, it will show ‘0.0’

Note
When converting the maximum torque value and tracking function, the power on state is required. Ⅴ.Memory Function

1. To display the memory function, it is necessary to be in the power-on state.
2. To use the memory function, switch the mode to (maximum torque value)
3. To display the memory function, please press the ‘M’ key, then the display will show ‘P01’ and then ‘torque value’.
4. ‘P01’ represents the most recent set of torque values.
5. This product has 50 groups of memory devices, when the number of memory is more than 50 groups, it will automatically overwrite the earliest group of memory values.

Shutdown

Manual shutdown

• Please press and hold the power button to shutdown.
• Automatic shutdown: When not in use for more than 70 seconds, the product will automatically shut down.
