Product Information

The WORK Pod STROBE 2 MINI is a compact and versatile strobe light available in three color options: Amber (#BB6120A), Blue (#BB6120B), and White (#BB6120W). It measures 44.5mm (1.75″) in diameter and has a waterproof design. The strobe light operates on +VDC power and has a power consumption of 2.1 watts. It comes with a mounting gasket and both self-tapping and round- head screws for easy installation. The strobe light features various flash patterns, including single flash, double flash, triple flash, quad flash, octa flash, and cycle patterns. It also supports synchronization between multiple units for simultaneous or alternating flash patterns.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Wiring
   • Connect the black wire to the chassis ground.
   • Connect the red wire to +VDC with a 2A fuse.
   • The grey pin is empty.
   • Constantly connect the white wire to the black wire for steady burn.
   • Use the yellow wire for pattern selection and synchronization.
2. Installation
   • Mount the strobe light using the provided screws and gasket.
   • Ensure a waterproof connection using the waterproof connector.
3. Synchronization
   • To set up simultaneous or alternating sync:
   1. Set Group A: Connect the yellow wire of all Group A light heads together. Hold the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 16-19 seconds.
   2. Set Group B: Connect the yellow wire(s) of all Group B light heads together. Hold the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 21-24 seconds.
   3. To alternate sync Group A and B, connect the yellow wire(s) of Group A and Group B together. Hold the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 11-14 seconds.
   4. To go back to simultaneous sync, hold the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 11-14 seconds again.
   • To reset grouping: Connect the yellow wire(s) of Group A and Group B light heads together. Hold all the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 21-24 seconds.
4. Flash Patterns
   • Refer to the user manual for a detailed list of available flash patterns, including single flash, double flash, triple flash, quad flash, octa flash, cycle patterns, and steady on.
   • Save and exit the set mode by disconnecting all power.
   • Sync up to 12 units for simultaneous or alternating flash patterns.

WIRING

INSTALLATION

• Both self-tapping & round head screws are provided for screw mount.

Flash patterns

Step 1: Set Group A: Connect the yellow wire of all Group A light heads together.

• Hold yellow wire(s) to black wire for 16-19, then Group A is set. (When grouped,
• Group A light heads will turn off to indicate that grouping A is set.)

Step 2: Set Group B: Connect the yellow wire(s) of all Group B light heads together.

• Hold yellow wire(s) to black wire for 21-24 hours, then Group B is set. (When grouped,
• Group B light heads will turn off to indicate Group B is set.)
• Group B is the leader group, and Group A is the follower group.

Step 3: To alternate sync Group A and B, connect the yellow wire(s) of Group A and Group B together and hold the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 11-14. The two groups will start to show alternate flash patterns to indicate alternate sync is set.

• (If exceeds 14s, all light heads will turn off to indicate the setting has failed. All light heads need to reset grouping and setting).
• To go back to simultaneous flash, hold yellow wire(s) to black wire for 11-14s again. Group A and Group B will go back to simultaneous sync.

To Reset Grouping

• Connect the yellow wire(s) of Group A and Group B light heads together, and hold all the yellow wire(s) to the black wire for 21-24 hours to reset all the light heads.

NOTE

• Save and exit the set mode by disconnecting all power.
• Sync up to 12 units.
