ASSEMBLY SETUP AND PREPARATION

This document will guide you through the assembly of the service parts of the GLOBE Haul ST bicycle:

TOOLS REQUIRED

• Clean working area and preferably a soft surface for flipping the bike upside down
• Battery Key
• Globe combination wrench
• Hex Keys: 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm
• Flat wrenches: 7 mm, 8 mm
• Square taper bottom bracket pullers such as Park Tool CWP-7
• Bottom bracket tool such as Park Tool BBT-22
• Bottom bracket tool such as Park Tool BBT-9 or Shimano TL-FC32
• High-quality grease
• Torque wrenches covering 0.3 Nm – 45 Nm
• Optional – Forceps, Side cutters, Pedal strap, Zip ties, Tire lever
