The PHILIPS URC-1313 remote control is a versatile device that can be used to control various functions of your television. It features a compact design and is powered by 2 AAA batteries. The remote control has a range of buttons that allow you to navigate menus, adjust volume, change channels, access smart TV functions, and more. Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Set up your television

  1. Insert 2 AAA batteries into the remote control.
  2. Test some of the keys on the remote control. If they work, your remote is ready to use.
  3. If some keys do not work, follow these steps:
  4. Ensure your TV is turned on (not on standby).
  5. Hold down the Red and blue buttons until the LED behind the Power Key blinks twice.
  6. Point the remote control towards the TV and hold down the Power key until the TV turns off.
  7. Release the Power key when the TV turns off.
  8. The LED will blink twice to indicate success. Test the rest of the keys on the remote control. If they work as expected, your remote is ready to use.
  9. If some keys still do not work, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: If Step 1 does not work as expected

If some keys on the remote control still do not work as expected, follow these additional steps:

  1. Ensure your TV is turned on (not on standby).
  2. Hold down the RED + BLUE buttons until the LED behind the Power Key blinks twice. Point the remote control towards the TV and hold down the key that is not working correctly (e.g., Menu).
  3. The remote control will send a signal every 3 seconds.
  4. When the correct function is shown on the TV screen (e.g., the Menu), release the key.
  5. The LED will blink twice to indicate success. Your remote control is now ready to use.

Learning a new function for your remote:

If you want to program your One For All remote to learn a function from your original remote, follow these steps:

  1. Place the original remote facing the One For All remote on a flat surface.
  2. Hold down the GREEN + YELLOW buttons on the One For All remote until the LED blinks twice.
  3. Press 975. The LED will blink twice.
  4. Press the key on the One For All remote that you want to learn (e.g., VOL + key). The LED will blink rapidly.
  5. Press the corresponding key on the original remote that you want to learn (e.g., VOL + key of your Audio Device).
  6. If the LED blinks twice, the learning process is successful.
    • Repeat step 4 for any additional keys you want to learn.
  7. If the LED blinks once for a longer duration, try again from step 4.
  8. Once you have learned all the keys you need, press and hold the OK key for 3 seconds. The LED will blink twice to indicate success.

How to delete a learned function:

  1. Hold down the GREEN + YELLOW buttons on the One For All remote until the LED blinks twice.
  2. Press 976.
  3. Press the key you want to reset twice.
  4. The LED will flash twice, indicating that the key has been reset to its original function.

HOW TO USE

STEP 1: SET UP YOUR TELEVISION

After putting batteries in, just test some of the keys, and if they work, your remote is ready. If not, follow the next steps

  1. Make sure your TV is on (not on standby).
  2. Hold down Red + Blue until the LED behind the Power Key blinks twice.
  3. Point towards the TV and hold down the Power key until the TV turns off
  4. The remote will send a different Power signal every 3. seconds. As soon as the TV turns off, let go of the Power key.
  5. The light will blink twice. Now test the rest of the keys on the remote, if they work as your original did, your remote is ready to use.
  • If you find some keys still do not work as expected (or at all), proceed to the next step.
STEP 2: IF STEP 1 DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED

ARE SOME KEYS NOT WORKING AS EXPECTED?

If you find some keys do not work as expected (or at all), proceed to the next step.

  1. Make sure your TV is on (not on standby).
  2. Hold down RED + BLUE until the LED behind the Power Key blinks twice
  3. Point towards the TV and hold one of the keys that are not working correctly (for example Menu).
  4. The remote will send a signal every 3 seconds.
  5. When the correct function is shown on the screen (in this case the Menu), let go of the key.
  6. The LED will blink twice – your remote is ready to use.

LEARNING

LEARN A NEW FUNCTION TO YOUR REMOTE
Your One For All remote can learn any function from your original (working) remote.

  1. Place the original remote facing the One For All remote on a flat surface.
  2. To learn: Hold down GREEN + YELLOW until the LED blinks twice.
  3. Press 975. The LED will blink twice.
  4. Press the key on the One For All remote you want to learn on, for Example: the VOL + key. The LED will blink rapidly.
  5. Press the key on the Original remote you want to learn, for
    • Example: the VOL + key of your Audio Device
  6. Two blinks: OK. Repeat step 4 for any more keys to learn
    • Long   blink: try again from step 4.
  7. When you have learned all the keys you need, press and hold the OK key for 3 seconds. The LED will blink twice.

HOW TO DELETE A LEARNED FUNCTION

  1. Hold down GREEN + YELLOW until the LED blinks twice.
  2. Press 976.
  3. Press the key to reset twice.
  4. The LED flashes twice and the key will revert to the original function.
