Product Information
Single Fiber Holder
The Single Fiber Holder is a device used for holding and cleaving fiber
during fiber optic cable termination. It is designed to collect the scrap
automatically and ensure safe and efficient operation.

- Fiber and scrap can be dangerous, so clean them up immediately and properly dispose of them in a designated bin.
- If you encounter any problems during use, stop operating and contact the INNO Service Center.
OVERVIEW
Operating procedure
- Place the fiber on the fiber holder.o
- Place the fiber on the proper groove and check the target length. In the case of 16mm cleaving, adjust the coating side of the 16mm marking location of the ruler shown as the left side picture.
- Cleave the fiber with one touch of the cover and then the scrap will be collected automatically

Warnings, i f do not follow this manual, the user might get injured or damage on product
Precaution
- Disassembling or putting oil on the main body might cause damage to the product.
- Drop or percussion might damage the product.
- Do not touch the blade with anger to avoid injury and damage to the blade.
- Fiber and scrap are able to be dangerous, Clean up immediately.
- Properly place the fiber debris, and prepare a bin for fiber scrap.
- If there is any problem in use, stop operating and contact the INNO Service Center

Battery replacement
- Use the 1.5mm L-shaped wrench to unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom and remove the cove
- After taking out and replacing the battery marked in red, reinstall the cover and tighten the screws
Counter reset
- Insert the 1.5mm L-shaped wrench into ①, long press for 3S, the counter will be reset to zero
Blade height adjustment
- Disassemble the collector
- Unscrew the ② screw with a 1.5mm Hexagonal Wrench.
- Unscrew the ③ screw with the Slotted screwdriver
- Adjust the height with a Slotted screwdriver Screwing clockwise raise the height and screwing anti-clockwise drop the height.
Caution: When you adjust the height of the blade, use the soft-wooden Bar as a standard point to check blade height.
Maintenance
- To get stable quality cleaving, clean the cleaver after use.
- Clean ①-④ use a cotton swab with pure alcohol.
Blade Replacement
- Disassemble the collector
- Unscrew the ①-② screw with a 1.5mm Hexagonal Wrench.
- Unscrew the C blade bolts with a Slitted screwdriver.
- Hold the blade with tweezers.
- Take out the adjustment volts spring, and gear, and remove the blade as shown in the picture.
- Make sure the “1” position of the blade is on top.
After adjustment, reassemble as 5-4-3-2-1 procedure and operate a test. (Make sure to fasten the 3,2 position)

Fiber Collector Assembly
- In order to reassemble the fiber collector, make 1 place both sides match each other.
- Screw the ①-② screw with a 1.5mm Hexagonal Wrench.

Troubleshooting
The cleaving problem might occur for these reasons:
- Improperly place the fiber.
- Place fiber properly and straight.
- The height of the blade is too high.
- Adjust the height of the blade.
- Dust on holder or clamp.
- Clean holder and clamp.
- Dust on the fiber.
- Restripping and cleaning the fiber with alcohol.
