Product Information
The AZGH Rope Tension Meter is a versatile equipment designed for testing wire rope, wire and cable, optical fiber and cable. It is suitable for various industries such as high-speed rail, power, communication, transportation, construction, playgrounds, amusement parks, as well as research and testing institutions.
The DGZ-Y Elevator Rope Tension Meter is specifically used for elevator wire rope tension testing. It ensures that each wire rope of the elevator is properly tensioned during installation, acceptance checks, and annual inspections. This helps to prolong the service life of the traction wheel. Additionally, it can be used for tension tests in other applications like bridge with sling, tower wiring, overhead wire, and index wire rope.

Product Usage Instructions
AZGH Rope Tension Meter
- Connect the rope tension meter to a power source and turn it on.
- Select the appropriate model based on the diameter of the copper conductor being tested.
- Carefully place the copper conductor within the meter’s testing area.
- Read the tension measurement displayed on the meter’s screen.
- Record the measurement for reference or further analysis.
- Repeat the process for additional copper conductors or different diameters as needed.
- After usage, turn off the meter and disconnect it from the power source.
