Product Information

Description of use:
The Candle Warmer Lamp is a product designed to warm candles without the need for an open flame. It features a telescopic height adjustment and left and right tightening mechanism for easy positioning. The lamp uses a GU10 light source with a power rating of 35W or 50W for each of the two bulbs. It also includes a dimming function that can be controlled either through a remote control or a control panel.

General safety information

Warning!
Make sure that the power supply is switched off before beginning assembly!

Please take note of the following symbols and safety information to prevent damage from occurring due to improper assembly or use:

  • Luminaires with this symbol do not require an earth wire for safe operation.
  • This symbol shows that the luminaire should not be covered with insulation material.

Assembly

The luminaire may only be connected to apower source that corresponds to the “Technical Specifications” of the luminaire.

Changes:
Do not make any changes to the luminaire or its connecting cable.

Start-up:
Do not operate the luminaire if the luminaire itself or its connecting cable is visibly damaged.

Light bulb:
Only use the light bulbs specified on the luminaire. The maximum power of each light bulb must not be exceeded.

Replacing the light bulb:

Before you replace the light bulb, make sure that the luminaire is not connected to the power supply! Light bulb become hot during usage. Leave them to cool down before replacing. Only use the light bulb specified on the luminaire.

Care instructions

Only clean the luminaire when it is cooled down and switched off and make sure that moisture does not get into the terminals or on live parts. Do not use any cleaning agents as these leave marks.

Anti scalding instructions:
During the working process of the lamp, the bulb temperature is high, and it is strictly prohibited to touch it! To prevent scalding The temperature is still high within 15 minutes after turning off the light and cannot be touched.

Description of use

  1. Install the bulb in the glass lampshade.
  2. Place the bottled candle in the base groove of the base.
  3. Insert the wax melting lamp power plug into the power socket, ensuring that the plug is fully in contact with the socket.
  4. Touch the “Power” button on the lamp control panel with your finger, turn on the power, and use the “Dim -“/”Dim+” buttons to adjust the brightness of the light, thereby adjusting the irradiation temperature.
  5. When using the remote control for the first time, it is necessary to match the code value between the remote control and the wax-melting lamp. Only after successful matching can the remote control be used normally.
  6. Pull out the battery electrode isolation film of the remote control to ensure normal power supply of the remote control;
  7. When the wax melting lamp is in the “off” state of the power supply, long-touch the “timer” button on the lamp control panel for 3-5 seconds. After both the timer and power indicator lights flash, release the button, and then long press and hold the “power” button on the remote control for about 2 seconds. At this time, the wax melting lamp is turned on, and when the light is on, the remote control function is successfully matched;
  8. If the light is not on and the indicator light continues to flash, it indicates that the matching is not successful. At this time, the power supply of the wax melting lamp should be disconnected, wait for the indicator light to turn off, and then follow the steps of 5-2 to operate again. If the matching still cannot be achieved, please contact after-sales personnel for assistance in solving the problem;
  9. If the light is not on and the indicator light continues to flash, it indicates that the matching is not successful. At this time, the power supply of the wax melting lamp should be disconnected, wait for the indicator light to turn off, and then follow the steps of 5-2 to operate again. If the matching still cannot be achieved, please contact after-sales personnel for assistance in solving the problem;
  10. Please use the remote control correctly and repeat the code value matching every time the remote control is replaced.

Product requirements parameters

  • Light source: 220V/110V GU10 35W/50W*2 pcs.
  • Height adjustment: Telescopic height adjustment and left and right tightening(Figure 1).
  • Dimming function: Remote Control (Figure 2)or Control Panel (Figure 3).

Precautions:

  1. The candle’s surface slowly melts for 3-5 minutes and heats it for 2-4 hours each time when electricity passes.
  2. After five or six heating, the surface is filled with oil vapor and a layer of surface must be removed. You can continue to smell sweet.
  3. The working principle of candle light is to heat it up by using a light bulb. Never light a candle at the same time when in use.

Warranty

The warranty content is as follows:

  1. One-year warranty.
  2. Artificial damage to the appearance is not covered by the warranty.
  3. Bulbs are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.
