IPX RATING

  • The IPX rating or Ingress Protection rating refers to the level of protection against water that can damage your device. IPX ratings range from 0-8, 0 being not protective and 8 being the most protective.
  • This device has an IPX-7 rating. A rating of IPX-7 is waterproof and can be temporarily submerged in water for up to 30 minutes at a max depth of one meter.
    NOTE: Your speaker has a waterproof flap that covers the charging port and inputs. Make sure this waterproof flap is securely closed. If the flap is not sealed shut, it is possible water can get in and damage the product.

BUTTON CONFIGURATION

INPUT CONFIGURATION

POWER ON/OFF

Press and hold the power/call button to turn the speaker on.

WIRELESS CONNECTION

Power on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth mode. On your Bluetooth device, such as your phone, open your Bluetooth settings and find the name “BG-BT-SP” and click on it to pair.

PLAYING MUSIC

  1. When playing music, short click the Play/Pause button to pause the music. Click again to play the music.
  2. When playing music, press the + button to play the next song.
  3. When playing music, press the – button to play the previous song.
  4. Press and hold + the volume will increase.
  5. Press and hold – the volume will decrease.
  6. Press the M button to switch modes between Bluetooth/USB/TF/AUX/FM.
  7. While in FM mode, long press the play/pause button to auto search radio stations.

SMART CALL

Short press the < button to answer the call. Press this button again to hang up the call. Press and hold this button to reject the call. Double click this button to redial the last outgoing phone number.

CHARGING

The product has a included micro USB cable to charge the product. The charging port can be found in a flap on the back of the speaker. Please plug the micro us tip into the speaker and the USB-A cable into a suitable USB-A port.
NOTE: Please be sure that the product is dry and away from water when attempting to charge.

Battery information

  • Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full performance of a new battery is achieved only after two to three complete charge and discharge cycles. The battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times, but it will eventually wear out.
  • Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, overcharging may shorten its lifetime. If left unused, a fully charged battery will lose its charge over time. Never use any charger that is damaged. Leaving the device in hot or cold places will reduce the capacity and lifetime of the battery.
  • Optimal temperature for the battery is between 15C and 25 C°(59 F° and 77 F°). A device with a hot or cold battery may not work temporarily, even when the battery is fully charged.
  • Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they may explode.
  • Batteries may also explode if damaged. Always dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Please recycle. Do not dispose as household waste.

Your WIRELESS SPEAKER has an internal rechargeable battery. Improper usage may result in the WIRELESS SPEAKER becoming hot, ignite or burst and cause injury if exposed to conditions of abuse. Be sure to follow the safety warnings listed below:

  2. Store the WIRELESS SPEAKER in a dry place, keeping it away from damp corrosive materials and environments such as salt air.
  3. Keep the WIRELESS SPEAKER away from direct sunlight, fire, and high voltage equipment. Do not store the WIRELESS SPEAKER inside a car during hot weather. Remember a closed car acts as a greenhouse allowing the inside temperature to possibly reach over 200F.
  4. The WIRELESS SPEAKER are not toys. Please keep it out of the reach of young children.
    Please do not discard this rechargeable device as trash.

LIMITED WARRANTY

  • ESI Cases & Accessories, Inc., warrants to the first consumer purchaser that this product, when shipped in its original container to the original purchaser will be free from defective workmanship and materials for one year and agrees that it will, at its option, either repair the defect or replace the defective product or part thereof at no charge to the purchaser for parts or labor for the time periods described.
