  1. Q1: My Android phone updated the latest Android 12 system, can I use the app?
    A:
    Yes, sure. We have adapted to Android 12 systems, you can use it with confidence.

  2. Q2: How to connect the watch?
    A:
    Download the app from the Apple store or Google Play Store. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth. Open the Runmefit app, click the + button in the upper right corner. Choose the new device and finish the connection.

  3. Q3: The Smartwatch has One hundred sports mode, why can’t I find so much?
    A:
    Yes, other sports modes need to be added. Please find the Sport button on the watch first, then slide to the Customize button. Click + and choose the sport mode.

  4. Q4: Can you get in the shower with this watch?
    A:
    Yes, you can. The smartwatch is IP68 waterproof. We have done professional testing, so you don’t need to worry about bathing!

  5. Q5: Why does the watch light up when I move my arm sometimes?
    A:
    For convenience to see the time, there is a function of raising your wrist to brighten the screen. If you don’t like it, you can close it. First, open the Runmefit app, choose the devices, find Device setting, and close the function.

  6. Q6: How do you change the time on the watch?
    A:
    The Smart Watch connects to the Runmefit app for automatic synchronization of time. No manual adjustment is required.

  7. Q7: Does it tell you the temperature?
    A:
    Yes, the smartwatch has body temperature monitoring, so you can know your body temperature in real time.

  8. Q8: Is it possible to change the watchband and if so, what size does it take?
    A:
    You can change the band. The size is 20mm. Our store has the band on sale.

  9. Q9: Why does it flash green light?
    A:
    The watch flashes green when the built-in sensor is reading the body information. There’s no need to worry; it is a normal watch function.

  10. Q10: Can you change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
    A:
    Yes, you can. Open the Runmefit app, go to My, choose System Settings, and then change it according to your needs.

  11. Q11: What to do if the strap is discolored or gets broken or accidentally lost or the smartwatch does not work?
    A:
    Contact the seller for help and lifetime after-sales service. Go to Your Order, find the order ID in the list, and click ‘Contact with us’.

  12. Q12: Does this smartwatch work with my phone?
    A: Our Bluetooth watch is compatible with most Android 4.4 and above, iOS 10.0 and above smartphones. Please check your smartphone’s version in Settings – About phone.

  13. Q13: Why can’t I receive messages?
    A:
    Please make sure that the Runmefit app has permission to read notifications. Go to Settings – Notifications – Runmefit – Allow Notifications. Also, connect your watch to your phone via the Runmefit app, then open the Runmefit app, go to Device – Notification, and turn on the Notification and SMS settings.
