Product Information:

The product is a light fixture with the model number P5520-726A-L P5521-726A-L. It is suitable for indoor installation and is dimmable with ELV and/or LED compatible wall dimmer switches. The fixture comes with a mounting plate, ground screw, mounting screws, chain, and quick links. The fixture should be installed by a qualified electrician to ensure proper wiring and installation.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and ensure that all parts are included.
2. Shut off power at the circuit breaker and remove the old fixture.
3. Attach the mounting plate to the outlet box using the provided mounting screws. Make sure the side of the mounting plate marked “GND” faces out.
4. Secure the fixture loop tightly onto all threads of the fixture body.
5. Determine the desired hanging height and use proper chain pliers to remove and discard the excess chain. Do not remove the quick link at both ends of the chain.
6. Open one quick link and attach it to the fixture loop, then close the quick link.
7. Open another quick link and attach it to the ceiling loop of the canopy, then close the quick link.
8. Lace the fixture’s wires through the chain and feed them through the ceiling loop and canopy. Pull until taut.
9. Connect the electrical wires according to the provided diagram. Ensure all wire connectors are secured. If there is a ground wire in the outlet box, connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate using the provided green screw.
10. Tuck the connected wires neatly into the outlet box.
11. Align the canopy over the mounting plate and secure it with screws.
12. Turn on the power to the outlet box and test the fixture.

Note: The illustration in the manual is for installation purposes only and may not be identical to the fixture purchased. It is important to use proper chain pliers to open and close the chain included with the fixture, avoiding tools that may twist or stress the chain links.

PREPARATION

1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts are included as shown in the illustration.

2. Shut off power at the circuit breaker and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
   MOUNTING THE FIXYURE (Fig. 1)

3. Attach mounting plate (A) to outlet box ( not included) using mounting screws (B) (Size: #8-32N*1”L) as shown in Fig. 1. Noted:
   The side of mounting plate (A) marked “GND” must face out.

4. Secure fixture loop (E) tightly onto all threads of fixture body.

5. Determine the desired hanging height and use a pair of proper chain pliers to remove and discard the excess chain. Ensure that you do not remove quick link (D) at both ends of chain (C).

6. Open one quick link (D) and attach it to fixture loop (E) then close quick link (D).

7. Open another quick link (D) and attach it to the ceiling loop of canopy (F) and then close the quick link (D).

8. Carefully lace the fixture’s wires through the chain. Feed the fixture’s wires through the ceiling loop and canopy (F). Pull until taut.
   CONNECTION THE WIRES (Fig. 2)

9. Connect electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your out leth as aground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided

10. Tuck wires are connected neatly into the outlet box.
    FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)

11. Align canopy (F) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (G)

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the outlet box and test the fixture.

IMPORTANT: THE FIXTURE SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE PROPER WIRING AND INSTALLATION.

Notice: It is important to use proper chain pliers (not included). To OPEN and CLOSE the chain included with this fixture. Do not open them with other tools that may twist or stress the chain links. It is important to use proper chain pliers like the ones shown in diagram.
