Overview

Step

1. Open the battery cover of the mouse, take out the USB-A and insert it into the USB-A socket of the computer. Or insert it into the USB-C socket of the notebook.
2. Install 1 AA battery in the battery compartment according to the pesitive and negative poles, install the cover and flip the power on/off switch at the bottom.
3. Replace the receiver: turn off the mouse switch, take out the USB-A receiver, insert USB-C receiver and turn on the switch and you can used.

Troubleshooting

1. Failed to connect
2. Confirm whether the USB receiver is correctly connected to the USB interface of the host.
3. Confirm whether the USB receiver automatically identifies the host and installs the program automatically.
4. Confirm whether the positive and negative poles of the battery are correctly installed and whether the battery is charged.
5. Confirm whether a new computer can be connected.
6. Confirm that the USB receiver is replaced with a USB socket can be work.
7. Confirm whether the power switch is on.
8. Wake up and others
9. The product enters standby state after 60 seconds without operation.
10. The product enters hibernation after 15 minutes without operation.
11. After the product enters the hibernation state, press any left or right key to wake up.
