Important Safety Instructions
- Do not connect the air outlet to chimney flues or combustion gas ducts.
- Do not leave naked flames under the hood.
- If power cable is damaged, replace it with a new one by a qualified person.
- Clean the hood correctly following the provided instructions to avoid fire accidents.
- Replace the light with a qualified electrician or competent person and use LED light no more than 2W.
- Wear protective gloves when cleaning the hood and handle components gently.
- Avoid washing the control switch with water or other liquids t prevent electrical shock.
Installation Procedures
- Fix the range hood at a recommended height between 24-33 inches from the cooking surface and the lower edge of the hood.
- Open a 7-8 inch vent pipe hole on the ceiling and drill 4 holes (about 0.31 inches) as per the screw positions on the upper support frame.
- Fill the expanding rubber into the holes and fix the ceiling cover on the ceiling with expanding screws tightly.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
INSTALLATION
USE ONLY WITH RANGE HOOD CORD CONNECTION KITS THAT HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED AND FOUND ACCEPTABLE FOR USE WITH THIS MODEL RANGE HOOD. A UTILISER SEULEMENT AVEC UNE TROUSSE DE RACCORDEMENT DE CORDON DE HOTTE VERIFIEE ET APPROUVEE POUR EMPLOI AVEC CE MODELE DE HOTTE.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
- Do not install the range hood where there are many doors ro windows in order to avoid effecting the exhaust efficiency of the hood that caused by air convection. (fig.1)
- Install the range hood right above the cooking surface. The recommended distance between the cooking surface and the lower edge of the range hood is minimum 24″ to maximum 33″. (Fig.2)
- In order to get the best performance, do not extend the vent pipe too long, and try to make the bend of the vent pipe less and straight, make sure the vent pipe connection is firm and air proof. (Fig.3)
- After hanging the range hood on the wall, make sure the hood is level and vertical. (Fig.4)
- The air Outlet is not allowed to connect to chimney flues or combustion gas ducts. The air outlet should under no circumstances be connected to ventilation ducts for room in which fuel-burning appliances are installed.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES SAFETY WARNING
HOOD MAY HAVE VERY SHARP EDGES; PLEASE WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES IF IT IS
NECESSARY TO REMOVE ANY PARTS FOR INSTALLING, CLEANING OR SERVICING.

Step 1:
Fix the position of the range hood in accordance with the recommended height between 24″-33″ from the cooking surface and the lower edge of the hood. -
Step 2:
Open Φ7″-8″ vent pipe hole on ceiling; As per the screw positions on the nupper support frame, drill 4 holes (about 0.31″), then fill the expanding rubber into the holes. Aiming the holes on the ceiling, fix the ceiling cover with the expanding screws tightly and make sure it is firm. -
Step 3
Install expansion strip with the ceiling cover (Upper one) by 8pcs M4x10pcs provided. -
Step 4
- Fix vent pipe to air-exit by screws provided.
- Fix hanging rack base by 8pcs M4x10 screws provided.

Step 5
Fix hanging rack(lower one) to blower box by 16pcs M4x10 screws provided . -
Step 6
Install 2pcs chimneys on to the hood; Fix hanging rack(lower one) to upper one by 16pcs M4x10 screws and nuts provided. -
Step 7
Fix inner chimney to ceiling cover by 4pcs M4x10 screws provided. -
Step 8:
Put chimneys in position. -
Step 9:
Install grease filter. Match the fix pin to the fix hole and button the filter gently as the direction of arrow A.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Touch Control
-
A. Light: Press to turn on or turn off the light.
B. Set time or Delay turn off time. -
C. Speed down: from speed 3 to speed 1.
-
D. Speed up: from speed 1 to speed 3.
-
E. Max speed: press to start max speed.
-
F. On/Off: In standby mode, press to activate speed and time buttons.
In motor working mode, press to turn off the hood.
Timer setting: Delay turn off.
- In motor working mode, press F once to enter into 1 minute delay turn off mode, press again to turn off immediately.
- In motor working mode, press B to enter into 3 minutes delay turn off mode, press again for 4-59 minutes, maximum 59 minutes. Then wait 3 seconds or press B to confirm.
Clock setting:
In Off mode, press B approximately 3 seconds to set time. Press C to set
minutes from 1-59, Press D to set hours from 1-11 or 1-23; After get right
time on the screen, wait 3 seconds or press B to confirm.
24H or 12H setting
The default time system is 24 hours. After power on press LIGHT button 3
seconds to set 24 Hour or 12 Hour. It will show 12H or 24H on the screen and
flashing 5 seconds for confirmation, then reset time.
MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: NEVER PUT YOUR HAND INTO THE AREA HOUSING WHILE THE FAN IS OPERATING.
FOR THE OPTIMAL LEVEL FO OPERATION, CLEAN THE RANGE HOOD SURFACE, AN AND
ALUMINUM FILTER REGULARLY.
- 1. Use only mild soap or detergent solutions to clean the range hood surface. Dry surfaces using soft cloth.
- Using a stainless steel cleaner to bring the glow back into a stainless finish.
- Clean the filter once a week or according to use status. Press the buckle of the filter slightly, take off the filter and put it into warm soapy water using mild detergent, wipe the filter with soft brush. Replace the filter after it’s dry.
- Clean the motor fan and other inside parts once half year or according to use status by QUALIFIED PERSON.
- DO NOT clean motor with water or other liquid.
TO REPLACE LIGHT
To replace Led light (Pic.1)
Сaution: LED light can not replace a new bulb, just replace a new LED light
assembly.
Make sure all the control switches are off, and the range hood is unplugged!
Please follow below instructions:
- Take out the filters, and cut off the wire connection of the light.
- Press the spring according to the arrow direction, then you can take off the LED light.
- You can replace a new LED assembly no more than rating.
- Then put the light assembly to the hood in reverse direction. Connect the wire of the lamp.
- Fit on the filters.
WARNING – TO REDUCE THE RISK OF A RANGE TOP GREASE FIRE:
- Never leave surface units unattended at high settings. Boilovers cause smoking and greasy spillovers that may ignite. Heat oils slowly on low or medium settings.
- Always turn hood ON when cooking at high heat or when flambeing food (i.e.Crepes Suzette, Cherries Jubilee, Peppercorn Beef Flambe’).
- Clean ventilating fans frequently. Grease should not be allowed to accumulate on fan or filter.
- Use proper pan size. Always use cookware appropriate for the size of the surface element.
WARNING – TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY TO PERSONS IN THE EVENT OF A RANGE TOP
GREASE FIRE, OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING: SMOTHER FLAMES with a close-fitting lid,
cookie sheet, or metal tray, then turn off the burner. BE CAREFUL TO PREVENT
BURNS.
If the flames do not go out immediately, EVACUATE AND CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
- NEVER PICK UP A FLAMING PAN – You may be burned.
- DO NOT USE WATER, including wet dishcloths or towels – a violent steam explosion will result.
- Use an extinguisher ONLY if:
- You know you have a Class ABC extinguisher, and you already know how to operate it.
- The fire is small and contained in the area where it started.
- The fire department is being called.
- You can fight the fire with your back to an exit.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit,
grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for
the electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a
grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet
that is properly installed and grounded.
WARNING – Improper grounding can result in a risk of electric shock.
Consult a qualified electrician if the grounding instructions are not
completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is
properly grounded. Do not use an extension cord. If the power supply cord is

- The distance from the range hood to cooking surface is too far, make sure the distance between bottom of the hood to cooking surface is minimum 24″ to maximum 33″.
- Windows, doors and drafts can effect the performance of the range hood.
- There are other air conditions effecting the vent pipe, make sure lower vent pipe’s exit is in a downward direction.
- The running rate of the motor slows down, replace the motor or capacitor.
- If the range hood is near the window,
- the best solution is to protect the back of the range hood from draft caused by a window or door.
