Before you use this product, we recommend that you read the instruction manual to ensure that you are using the product safely and correctly. Everybot is not responsible for any product damage that occurs as a result of a failure to follow the usage instructions or warnings. This instruction manual includes the warranty document. Preparing to clean

  • Wet and wring the mop sufficiently to remove moisture
  • Attach the mop by pushing it into the hole on the rotating panel at the bottom of the robot
  • Open the cover and detach the water tank using the hole under it
  • Open the water tank lid and fill the water tank up to the inlet
  • Turn the water tank lid clockwise to close the hole
  • Push the water tank fixture rib into the main unit and press downward to fix it into place

Conducting maintenance

  • Detach the mop from the rotating panel
  • Use a neutral detergent to wash the mop by rubbing it gently, then dry it
  • Detach and wash the water tank
  • Fully dry all moisture in a wellventilated, shaded area

Safe Usage Instructions
Please observe the following content in order to ensure user safety and prevent any hazard or damage that may occur during product usage. Neither the retailer nor the manufacturer accepts responsibility for any accident caused by a failure to observe these warnings.

Power-related

  • Make sure to use a power source and plug that suits the specified voltage and current.
  • Wipe away any contaminant on the power plug pins, and do not use any damaged power cables or plugs.
  • Do not bend the power cable or crush it under heavy objects.
  • When inserting or removing the power plug, do not pull on the power cable. Instead, hold the plug to insert or remove it.
  • If the power cable has been damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself. Instead, have it exchanged or repaired through the customer service center.
  • Do not touch the power cable for the charger with wet hands.
  • If the product has had contact with water, remove the power plug and fully dry the product before using it again.
  • Do not use any other charger than the one provided with this product.
  • Do not install the charger in places with substantial moisture or dust, water droplets, or water vapor.
  • When storing the product for a long time without usage, turn off the power switch on the upper side within the main unit. Failure to do so may cause a dead battery.

Pre-usage

  • Do not install or use this product in a place with direct sunlight. This may cause an electric shock, a short circuit, or a fire in the charging adaptor.
  • Do not apply any impact to the charging adaptor.
  • Users with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities or those without sufficient knowledge or experience in using this product (including children) are not recommended to use the product without supervision from their guardian due to safety concerns.
  • Before you use the robot, remove objects lying on the floor and easily breakable objects, then tidy the surroundings. Otherwise, the robot may not be able to move properly or suffer a malfunction.
    Make sure to tidy away breakable objects (ceramics, glass cups, etc.), since they may become damaged.
    Remove towels, floor mats, power cables, charging cables, etc. since they can become tangled in the mop’s rotating panel.

During usage

  • Do not use the charger provided to charge other electrical products, since it may damage the charger or the connected device, or cause a fire due to overheating.
  • Make sure that clothes, hair, and body parts including fingers are not caught in the product’s rotating panel.
  • Do not use or store the product in places with flammable substances (alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, paint thinner, etc.) or heat sources (lit cigarettes, candles, heaters, etc.).
  • If the robot produces unusual noises, a burning smell, or smoke, immediately switch off the power and contact the customer service center.
  • Make sure that children do not play with this product.
  • Make sure that pets or children do not stand on top of this product.
  • Do not use this product in narrow and high surfaces like desks or shelves.
  • Make sure that this product does not pass over wet areas or areas covered in oil or pet feces or urine. If such substances touch the mop, it may contaminate other areas.
  • Do not store or use this product in places with excessively low or high temperatures (below 0°C or above 40°C).
  • When using the robot in places where the walls or the floor are made of mirrors or glass, it may affect the robot’s obstacle detection capacity and prevent it from operating normally.
  • This product is for home-use only and should not be used in basements, warehouses, industrial buildings, indoor and outdoor special-purpose spaces, or spaces with moisture (bathrooms, laundry rooms).
  • If the product suffers impact by falling or damage to a component, contact the customer service center.

After usage

  • Do not take the product apart or attempt to repair it yourself.
  • Do not discard the battery carelessly. If the battery is discarded in an incinerator or exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, it may cause a fire or an explosion. Expired batteries should be disposed safely according to the local disposal guidelines.
  • Make sure that the power is off when maintaining or cleaning the product. Doing so while the power is on or the product is operating may result in bodily harm.
  • Clean the sensor window regularly. If the sensor is obscured by contaminants such as lint or dust, it may not function properly.
  • Do not remove contaminants inside the product by inserting chopsticks, pins, etc.

Battery-related

  • The battery is exclusively designed for this product and must not be used for any other household appliance or purpose.
  • Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
  • Do not throw the battery into fire or apply heat to it.
  • Do not connect a metal object to the charging port (+,-).
  • If the battery life deteriorates with increased battery usage (usage frequency), contact the customer service center since the battery life has expired and requires a replacement battery.
  • When replacing the battery, contact the customer service center, since using non-proprietary batteries may result in malfunctions.
  • In the case of a battery fluid leakage, make sure that the fluid does not touch your skin or eyes.
  • Store the battery indoors (0°C to 40°C).
  • If the battery is malfunctioning, do not disassemble it. Instead, contact the customer service center.
  • When disposing the device, separate the battery and dispose it safely according to the local disposal guidelines.
  • Switch off the device before separating the battery.

Checklist

  • Mother yarn mop (gray)
    Consists of a dual layer of microfibers and mother yarn fibers over 100 times thicker. Suitable for cleaning dirty cracks and old stains.

  • Microfiber mop (light green)
    Consists of long and thick bristles for a wider surface area coverage. Demonstrates excellent cleaning ability and leaves no water stains on the floor.

Inserting Batteries into the Remote Control
Insert batteries into the remote control.

Warning

  • Note that inserting the battery in the wrong way may cause damage to the remote control or a fire.
  • Batteries that are leaking must be immediately replaced, and the old battery must be disposed safely according to the local disposal guidelines.
  1. Separate the battery cover underneath the remote control.
  2. Insert the 2 AAA batteries provided with the product into the correct polarity.
  3. Close the remote control battery cover.

Preparations

2 Charge the robot by connecting the charging adaptor into the adaptor jack on the right side of the robot.

  • Charging time: Approx. 150 minutes
  • Usage time: Approx. 120 minutes, approx. 200 minutes when using the dry mop (varies depending on the usage environment)

Attaching the Mop
Attach the wet mop after wringing it sufficiently by hand. When attaching a dry mop, you must wait for the mop to be soaked by the automatic water supply.Everybot RS350 Three Spin Auto Floor Mop - Attaching the

_ Attach the center of the mop to the center of the rotating panel underneath the robot. If the mop is not attached to the center, the robot may not function properly or cease to operate.

Warning

  • Do not leave the device for a long time with a wet mop attached, since it may damage the floor or cause an unpleasant odor.
  • Attach the wet mop after wringing it sufficiently to remove moisture. If the mop contains excessive moisture, the product may slow down or cease to operate, and leave moisture on the floor and create a slipping hazard.
  • To prevent contamination, use neutral detergent in warm water at 40°C on first-time use after washing the mop separately.

Attaching the Water Tank

  1. Use the groove at the back to open the cover and use the groove under the water tank to separate the water tank as illustrated.Everybot RS350 Three Spin Auto Floor Mop - Water Tank
  2. Open the water tank lid to fill it with water up to the inlet, then turn the lid clockwise to close it (max. 210ml).Everybot RS350 Three Spin Auto Floor Mop - water tank 2
  3. Insert the fixture rib of the water tank into the groove on the main unit, then press downward to fix it into place and insert the main unit cover.
  4. Press the water control button on the remote control or the top side of the main unit to adjust the water supply level and wet the mop accordingly.Everybot RS350 Three Spin Auto Floor Mop - water control


Warning

  • Do not pour hot water into the water tank, since it may deform the water tank or cause a device malfunction.
  • Do not pour any liquid other than tap water (particularly disinfectants, oils, fabric softener, underground water, paint thinner, etc.), since it may deform the water tank or cause a device malfunction.
  • When the water pump operates, you will hear water being sprayed. You may remain calm, as this is not a malfunction.

Usage (or How to use)

Starting to Clean

  1. Open the cover and press the power button for at least three seconds.
  2. Close the cover and lightly press the start/pause button ( ) on the main unit, or press the start/pause button ( ) on the remote control to start cleaning.Everybot RS350 Three Spin Auto Floor Mop - light

Changing the Cleaning Mode
Use the remote control to select the appropriate cleaning mode for the cleaning environment.

Automatic cleaning
Basic automatic cleaning mode that efficiently cleans the room.

Intensive cleaning
Repeats short forward movementsand 360-degree rotations to meticulously clean the room.

Focused cleaning
Intensively cleans the nearby space based on the robot’s current location.

Edge cleaning
Directs the robot along the walls to clean the room. After 30 minutes of edge cleaning, the robot shifts to automatic cleaning mode.

50-min cleaning
A mode that automatically cleans for 50 minutes, then stops. Suitable for cleaning separate rooms.

Step cleaning
A cleaning mode that slowly advances forward while shifting from side to side.

Manual cleaning
When in standby mode, the direction buttons can be used to control the robot manually.

Maintenance

Draining the water
By removing the water and moisture within the robot cleaner, the product can be maintained in a hygienic way.

  • This function must be used regularly since an unpleasant odor may emanate from inside the product if the water drainage function is not used for a long time.
  • The water drainage function will not operate while the robot is charging.
    After the water drainage function, some water may be discharged underneath the robot, which should be wiped away with the mop.

  2. Since water may splash in the vicinity, place the robot on the floor while the mop is still attached and press the Water Drainage button on the remote control. It will then discharge water from inside the product for about 20 seconds.
  3. The water supply level display light will flicker while the water is being drained.

Washing the mop
When finished cleaning, separate the mop and wash it.

  2. Using a mop-washing silicon brush (sold separately) makes the washing process easier.


Warning

  • Do not place the mop in a tumble dryer, since it may damage the mop.
  • When using neutral detergent, rinse the mop thoroughly to ensure that the detergent does not linger.
  • When using a washing machine, the mop may cause contamination or an unpleasant odor in other laundry, so it should be washed separately.

Cleaning the water tank

  3. Regularly wash the water tank attachment point on the main unit of the robot to prevent contaminants from entering.

Do not clean the product using flammable or organic solvents (paint thinner, other solvents, acetone, etc.), since it may damage the product.

Cleaning the water tank inlet
Regularly clean the water tank inlet.

  2. Insert the rubber packing into the water tank inlet first, make sure that the protruding part of the water filter points upwards, then press down to fix it into place. Cleaning the sensor window
If there is dust or contaminants on the sensor window, wipe it away lightly using a soft fabric.
If the sensor window is obscured by contaminants, the sensor capacity can be impeded and cause the robot to collide or fall.Everybot RS350 Three Spin

Customer Support and Product Specifications

Checklist before reporting a malfunction

  • If there is an error during usage, the robot will cease to operate, sound an error alert, and flash its LED display lights.
  • The error alert will repeat for 20 minutes, then the robot will enter into sleep mode.
Issue Verification and response
The robot isn’t working ● Open the cover and press the power switch for

at least 3 seconds to switch the robot on.
● Check whether the battery is dead.
The robot isn’t charging| ● Check whether you’re using the right charging adaptor for the specifications.
● Check whether the power adaptor is correctly connected to the charger.
The robot makes a weird noise when cleaning| ● When the water pump operates, you will hear water being sprayed. You may remain calm, as this is not a malfunction.
The robot is making louder noises| ● Check whether contaminants are stuck on the bottom side of the main unit or the rotating panel.
● A loose screw in the rotating panel may be causing the noise. Please contact the customer service center.
The remote control isn’t working| ● Check whether the main device is switched off.
● The maximum usage range for the remote control is 5m.
● Try changing the batteries in the remote control.
The rotating mop panel isn’t rotating| ● Check whether there are any contaminants in the rotating panel.
The robot keeps colliding with walls and furniture| ● Wipe the sensor window with a soft fabric.
The robot moved strangely while cleaning| ● If there are contaminants on the sensor window, switch the power off and wipe it with a soft fabric.
● Check that the mop is properly attached to the rotating panel.
● Remove any contaminants that are on the rotating panel.
The robot stopped working while cleaning| ● If a foreign object like a power cable, cloth, towel, or cord is caught on the mop or the rotating panel, switch the power off and remove the foreign object.
The robot moves slowly and doesn’t clean as well as before| ● Check that the mop is properly attached to the rotating panel.
● If the floor is wet, mop the floor dry before using the robot.
● This product’s performance may vary depending on the floor condition.
The robot isn’t spraying water| ● Check that the water tank is properly attached.
● Check whether contaminants are stuck in the water tank inlet.
● Check whether the rubber packing and water filter are properly attached to the water tank inlet. The pointy part of the water filter must be pointing upwards.
The robot keeps falling down the front door entrance or the bathroom step| ● Wipe the fall-prevention sensor window on both sides of the front with a soft fabric.
● If the ledge in the entrance or the bathroom is lower than 5cm, the robot may fall.
● If there are object such as shoes directly in front of the lowered area in the entrance or the bathroom, the robot may be unable to detect the floor and fall. Please keep such areas tidy.
The battery time has decreased| ● Use the device after fully charging the battery.
● If the product is left unattended for a long time in low (below 0°C) or high (above 40°C), the operating time may decrease. Wait at a suitable temperature for at least 15 minutes, then fully charge the device to use it.
● While charging, check whether the LED display light is flashing red. This may signal a battery issue, so switch the power off and contact the customer service center.
The mop smells bad| ● If the mop is left unwashed for a long time after using the robot, it may cause an unpleasant odor. Wash the mop with neutral detergent and rinse it clean with water, then dry it fully.
● If the water tank is left for a long time without emptying the water tank, it may cause an unpleasant odor. Wash the water tank regularly.
The floor became dirtier after cleaning| ● Cleaning an excessively large space in one usage may cause the mop to become dirty and subsequently make the floor dirty. Wash or replace dirty mops before cleaning the remaining space.
● Make sure that the robot does not pass over areas soaked in water or with oil or pet feces or urine, since it may contaminate the mop and subsequently other areas that the robot passes.
