It's a good practice to test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before full application. If you need more detailed cleaning information, you can refer to Kohler's official care and cleaning guide.

How can I remove or reinstall the speaker cover?

To remove the cover, use the hex wrench that came with your speaker. Thread the setscrews clockwise into the assembly until the setscrew clears the hole in the cover. My speaker produces no sound, what could be the issue?

Ensure the speaker is connected to an audio source. If connections are secure, inspect the wire connections between the speaker and the audio source and rectify any loose or disconnected wires.

Are there any troubleshooting guidelines for the speakers?

Yes, if the speaker produces no sound, it might be due to the speaker not being connected to an audio source or a loose connection between the audio source and the speaker. If the speaker rattles, it could be because the setscrews are not fully engaged with the cover or a missing/damaged gasket behind the cover.

Why is it important to retain the invoice or receipt of the product?

It's essential to retain these documents because they can serve as additional protection and may substitute the warranty in the case there's a discrepancy in the validity of the warranty.

How do I order more information or literature about care & cleaning?

What should I do if my speaker rattles?

If your speaker rattles, one of the common reasons is that the setscrews might not be fully engaged with the cover. Another reason could be a missing or damaged gasket behind the cover. Adjust the setscrews or replace the gasket accordingly.
