Product Information

The Quad Fold Cart is a versatile and durable cart designed for outdoor use. It has a weight capacity of 110 kgs and is not intended for transporting children or adults. Please note that some vinyl and indoor hard floor surfaces may be damaged or stained by the wheels of this cart, so it is recommended to avoid storing it on such surfaces.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the cart from the carton.
2. Release the fastening straps from the baseboard.
3. Remove the baseboard from the cart.
4. Push down the center strap loop area to unfold the cart.
5. Gently push the front swivel wheels into the shaft until you hear a click indicating they are locked into place. Avoid forcing the wheels to prevent damaging the lock button.
6. Gently push the back wheels into the shaft until they click and lock securely. Again, avoid forcing the wheels to prevent damage to the lock button.
7. Pull out the handle to extend it.
8. Insert the baseboard into the cart and lay it flat.
9. Use the two top side straps at the top to transport a folded umbrella.
10. Use the center handy straps to secure your open umbrella to the cart.
11. Before packing up, remove the baseboard from the cart.
12. Press the button at the handle shaft base and push down the handle, keeping the baseboard above the handle hinge.
13. Lift the middle straps to fold the cart up.
14. Collapse the cart in a diagonal direction to achieve a compact size.
15. To maintain the performance of the wheels, tighten the nuts if necessary.
16. Lay the cart flat on the ground and press the yellow button to rotate the front swivel wheels 90 degrees for tight closure, as shown in the image. Then wrap the baseboard around the cart and secure it.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: THIS CART IS NOT DESIGNED FOR TRANSPORTING CHILDREN/ADULTS

1. Remove the cart from the carton.
2. Release the fastening straps from the board.
3. Remove the board from cart
4. Push down the center strap loop area to unfold the cart. 
5. Gently push the front swivel wheels into the shaft. You will hear a click when it locks into place. Do not force the wheels into place as there is a risk that the lock button could get damaged.
6. Gently push back wheels into the shaft until it clicks in securely. You will hear a click when it locks into place. Do not force the wheels into place as there is a risk that the lock button could get damaged.
7. Pull the handle out to extend.
8. Insert the board into cart and lay it flat.
9. Use the 2 top side straps at the top for transporting folded umbrellas.
10. Use the centre handy straps to secure your open umbrella to cart
11. Before packing up, remove baseboard from cart
12. Press the button at the handle shaft base and push down the handle.
13. Lift the middle straps to fold the cart up.
14. Collapse in a diagonal direction and compact to minimum size.
15. Lay the cart flat on the ground and rotate the front swivel wheels 90 degrees to ensure a tight closure as the image indicates. Then wrap the board around the cart and secure
16. Press the yellow button to pull out the wheels if necessary.
