Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure you have all the necessary components for assembly.
  2. Identify the desired height and tilt angle for your monitors.
  3. Place the base of the product on a stable surface.
  4. Attach the monitor brackets to the back of each monitor.
  5. Securely mount the monitors onto the product’s arms.
  6. Adjust the height and tilt of each monitor to your preference.
  7. Tighten any adjustment knobs or screws to secure the monitors in place.
  8. Connect the necessary cables to each monitor.
  9. Test the stability and functionality of the setup.

Adjustment Step

  • Important! You will need to adjust this product after installation is complete. Make sure all your equipment is properly installed on the product before attempting adjustments.
  • This product should move smoothly and easily through the full range of motion and stay where you set it.
  • If movements are too easy or difficult or if product does not stay in desired positions, follow the adjustment instructions to create smooth and easy movements.
  • Depending on your product and the adjustment, it may take many turns to notice a difference.
  • Any time equipment is added or removed from this product, resulting in a change in the weight of the mounted load, you should repeat these adjustment steps to ensure safe and optimum operation.
Lift – Up and down
  • DO NOT exceed torque of 100 cm-kg (86 in-Ib).

Power tools NOT recommended

  • Increase Lift Strength
    • If the mounted weight is too heavy or this product does not stay up when raised, then you’ll need to increase Lift Strength:
