FUNCTION
- Refrigeration mode: Press the “ ” button to power on, press “ ” button to select cooling and “ ” button to select heating function according to the user’s requirements, and the required temperature can be selected by adjusting “ ” and “ ” buttons, and the current temperature in the cooler box will be displayed on the screen. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the cooling or heating function is stopped. When the temperature is two degrees higher than the set temperature, and keep working at the set temperature in this cycle.
- Memory function: After setting the temperature, if the user does not operate within 5 seconds. Memorize the setting at this time and execute the mode setting before after the second power on.
- If the machine turns 180 degrees, it is necessary to stop the compressor for 2 hours.
- Protection function:
a) Over current protection: when the output current is too large, the output is turned off and has the function of over-current protection.
b) Vehicle input protection:
When the vehicle input voltage is lower than 10.7V (when the input voltage is 12V), or 22.6V (when the input voltage is 24V), start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E3, and the alarm failure lasts for 12 seconds to shut down the machine.
c) Over voltage protection: when the input voltage is higher than 15V (when the input voltage is 12V), or 30V (when the input voltage is 24V), start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E4, and the alarm failure lasts for 12 seconds to shut down the machine.
d) Short circuit protection: in case of short circuit, the circuit has short circuit protection function.
e) Temperature sensor short circuit: in case of abnormal short circuit of temperature sensor, start protection, turn off the load and alarm E1. f) Temperature sensor disconnection: in case of abnormal disconnection of temperature sensor, start protection, turn off the load and alarm E2.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Fault| Code| Fault Analysis| Inspection and
maintenance| Notes
---|---|---|---|---
Temperature sensor short circuit| El| In case of abnormal short circuit of
temperature sensor, start protection, turn off the load and alarm El.| Replace
the temperature sensor|
Temperature sensor disconnection| E2| In case of abnormal disconnection of
temperature sensor, start protection, turn off the load and alarm E2.| Check
whether the temperature sensor is poorly connected or replace the temperature
sensor.|
Vehicle input protection (under voltage)| E3| When the vehicle input voltage
is lower than 10.7V (when the input voltage is 12V), or 22.6V (when the input
voltage is 24V), start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E3, and the
alarm failure lasts for 12 seconds to shut down the machine.| Check the power
supply and use it after the power supply returns to normal.|
Vehicle input protection (over voltage)| E4| When the input voltage is higher
than 15V (when the input voltage is 12V), or 30V (when the input voltage is
24V), start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E4, and the alarm
failure lasts for 12 seconds to shut down the machine.| Use it after the power
supply returns to normal.|
Compressor voltage protection| E5| When the voltage exceeds the set range of
compressor voltage protection, start the protection, turn off the load and
alarm E5.| Use it after the power supply returns to
normal.|
Fan over current protection| E6| When the peak current of external fan is
greater than 1A, start the protection, turn off the load and alarm E6.| Repair
or replace the fan.|
Compressor start error| E7| If the motor stalls or the pressure of the
refrigeration system is too high, start the protection, turn off the load and
alarm E7.| Shut down and stand for half an hour before starting. If it can
return to normal, there is no need for maintenance. Otherwise, please
repair and replace the compressor control box.|
Minimum speed error| E8| When the refrigeration system is overloaded and the
motor cannot maintain the minimum speed of 1850rpm, start the protection, turn
off the load and alarm E8.| Shut down and stand for half an hour before
starting. If it can return to normal, there is no need for maintenance.
Otherwise, please
repair and replace the compressor control box.|
Controller thermal protection| E9| If the refrigeration system is overloaded
or the ambient temperature is too high, the controller will overheat
protection, start protection, turn off the load and alarm E9.| Shut down and
stand for half an hour before starting. If it can return to normal, there is
no need for maintenance. Otherwise, please repair and replace the compressor
control box.|
MAINTENANCE
Caution: The plug must be removed before cleaning to avoid electric
shock.
a) If there is oil stain in the inner cavity, please clean it in time.
b) Regularly clean the dirt around the cavity to avoid producing peculiar
smell.
c) Please clean the dust at the air inlet regularly to improve the cooling
efficiency.
d) The door sealing strip is easy to get dirty, please clean it in time.
