Safety/Warning Precaution
WARNING
SHARP! Do not touch the cutter wheel or cut en1d directly with finger or hand. It could cause injury.
CAUTION
Always check the material and capacity to be cut. iNever attempt on any
materials except specified.
Be sure to keep all bolts, nuts and pins 01n your MCC Tubing Cutter properly
tightened at all times.
Always keep the moving parts on your MCC Tubing Cutter well lubricated. Us·e
grease for bearing lubrication.
Keep the cutter wheel with· right angle on the materials when cutting. Do not
twi.st the cutter.
Instructions
Open the cutter wheel by turning the knob counterclockwise.
Feed the cutter wheel until firm contact to cutting, surface is made.
Firmly tighten feed knob every revolution until cut is made.
NOTE : For less burr, use more gradual feed. For long life time of cutter wheel, avoid twisting the cutter.
Replacement Wheel
MCC Replacement Cutter Wheel, TCE32 is available with bearing.
