  5. IR In : Connect with IR receiver extension cable, please make sure the remote control used is within the effective range
  6. IR Out : Connect with IR blaster extension cable, please get closer to the source device while using

  8. Reset Button : Press to restart the device

  4. IR In : Connect with IR receiver extension cable, please make sure the remote control used is within the effective range
  5. IR Out : Connect with IR blaster extension cable, please get closer to the source device while using
  6. HDMI Output : Connect to HDMI display

Note

  • We recommend CAT6/6a/7 UTP cable with 100% copper wiring and IEEE-568B wiring standard.
  • We recommend HDMI cable do not over 16fU5m.

EDID

  • STD : Build-in EDID support resolution up to l 4K@120Hz, Aud o channel on y supports PCM 2ch.
  • TV : Bypass Display EDID, Resoluton & Audio  channel will be use the connected Display spec.

Q: Why the Power LED is off?

  • Please check if the power supply is connecting well and the output voltage value is correct as recommended 12V/1 A.

Q: Why no sound or sound issues?

  • Please check if the HDMI cables are connecting well; if the audio format is supported by the displays, customers can change to the supported audio format or the player’s audio output is setting HDMI audio output or not.

Q: Why is the output image unstable?

  1. Check whether the length of the UTP cable connected from TX to RX is with

  2. The length of HDMI cable s recommended to  be s 16ft/5m.

  3. Press the “reset” button on TX and RX panels to restart and reconnect.

Q: Why I can’t use Dolby Atmos or Digital audio?

  1. Please confirm your display support Dolby Atmos or Digital audio.
  2. Check the EDID switch is selected to TV position
  3. Please check your video source is select to use Dolby Atmos or Digital audio.
