The Bassbuds B91 TWS Earbuds are wireless earbuds that provide a convenient and immersive audio experience. These earbuds feature a touch-sensitive area (TSA) that allows you to control various call and music functions. Product Usage Instructions

Adjusting Volume

You can adjust the volume of the earbuds either directly from the earbuds themselves or through the connected phone.

• To increase the volume, long press the ‘R’ earbud for 2 seconds.
• To decrease the volume, long press the ‘L’ earbud for 2 seconds.

Call & Music Functions

The touch-sensitive area (TSA) on the earbuds allows you to control various call and music functions.

• To answer or hang up a phone call, touch the TSA on either earbud once.
• To reject a phone call, touch the TSA on either earbud for 2-3 seconds.
• To play or pause music, touch the TSA on either earbud once.
• To skip to the next song, touch the TSA twice on the right earbud.
• To go back to the previous song, touch the TSA twice on the left earbud.

Charging the Earbuds

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case properly and close the cap. The earbuds will power off automatically and start charging.
2. While charging, the Red LED light on the charging case will keep flashing.
3. When the earbuds are fully charged, the Red LED light on the case will turn steady.

Charging the Case

1. Connect the Type-C USB cable to the charging case and the USB end to a 5V power source.
2. While charging, the Red LED light on the case will keep flashing/blinking.
3. When the case is fully charged, the Red LED light will become steady.

Important: pTron ‘Bassbuds B91’ is set at 50% default volume, you can adjust the volume from the earbuds or via the connected phone.

Using Instructions

Smart Power On & Pairing

1. Open the charging case cap, both the earbuds will power on automatically.
2. Wait for 2-3 seconds until L & R earbuds pair to each other.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “pTron TWS” to connect with the device.

Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area.

Smart Power Off

• Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 5 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds into the charging case and close the charging case cap.

Mode Change

Touch Right earbud TSA for consecutively 3 times to change the mode – Game mode and music mode.

Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic

• Open the charging case cap, and both the earbuds will power on automatically and will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology).

Note: The last connected device must be in 10 meters wireless range and Bluetooth function must be On.

Calling or Music through Mono & Dual Buds

• Mono Bud Use: Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case and close the cap properly.
• Dual Buds Use:  Use left & right earbuds together.

Voice Assistant Activation – Google/Siri

• Touch TSA on the left earbud 3 times consecutively ou will hear the ‘didi’ sound which indicates that your phone’s voice assistant is activated.

Call & Music Functions

• Answer/Hangup a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud once.
• Reject a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud for 2-3 seconds
• Music Play/Pause – Touch TSA on either earbud once.
• Next Song – Touch TSA twice on Right earbud.
• Previous Song – Touch TSA twice on Left earbud.
• Volume Increase – Long press ‘R’ earbud for 2 seconds.
• Volume Decrease – Long press ‘L’ earbud for 2 seconds.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Scenario 1: One Earbud is Not Working

1. Place both the earbuds in the charging case and close the charging case cap.
2. Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Wait until L & R earbud pair to each other. When we will keep out buds from charging case then earbuds will blink Blue & Red LED light and after successful pairing light will get off.
4. Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “pTron TWS” & connect.

Troubleshooting Scenario 2: Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning

1. Place both the earbuds in the charging case and close the charging case cap.
2. Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
4. Now, search for “pTron TWS” on your Bluetooth device & connect.

Troubleshooting Scenario 3: Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call

1. Charge earbuds 100% before use.
2. Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.

Safety Precautions

1. Please keep this device away from extreme heat, liquids, humidity or corrosive environment.
2. Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of battery.
3. Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.
4. This product or the Bluetooth function should not be used during charging.
5. Don’t jam the ports such as charger port, LED port, etc.
6. It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect your hearing.
7. Please don’t open/temper the product or product’s battery.
8. Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
9. Dispose the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
