- The Perfect Sear: The dedicated searing zone with a dynamic infrared burner allows for versatile cooking methods. The improved dual rail design offers increased control and faster heating, ensuring the perfect sear every time.
- Heavy-Duty Infrared Rotisserie: An infrared rotisserie burner provides controlled searing heat up to 13 MJ/hr. The heavy-duty motor can easily turn a 25kg load, and the rotisserie rod is conveniently stored under the drip pan handle.
- Intuitive Lighting: Brilliant 12-volt lighting illuminates the entire grilling surface when the lid is opened. The bezel dial lighting glows white when the grill is on and orange when the gas and grill are in use, making it ideal for night-time cooking.
- Easy-Lifting Hood: The hood can be opened with one hand, providing better access and visibility while cooking. It accommodates larger food items and offers extra space under the hood.
- Extra Cooking Area: A secondary cooking space allows for effortless cooking for a crowd. You can fit a grill pan for slow cooking, roasting, making sauces, or keeping food warm after searing.
- Grease Management System TM: The Grease Management System TM reduces flare-ups by channeling grease and oils away from the burner flames during grilling.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the BE1-36RCI-N grill effectively, follow these instructions:
- Ensure that the grill is installed properly according to the built-in or optional cart mount instructions.
- Connect the grill to a natural gas supply.
- To achieve the perfect sear, preheat the grill by turning on the burners and searing zone with the dynamic infrared burner.
- Place the food on the cooking grates and adjust the heat as needed using the dual rail design for increased control.
- If using the rotisserie, insert the rotisserie rod into the heavy-duty motor and secure the food. Turn on the infrared rotisserie burner for controlled searing heat.
- For night-time cooking, open the lid to activate the brilliant 12-volt lighting. The bezel dial lighting will indicate the status of the grill.
- If cooking for a crowd or needing extra space, utilize the secondary cooking area. You can use a grill pan for slow cooking, roasting, making sauces, or keeping food warm after searing.
- During grilling, the Grease Management SystemTM will channel grease and oils away from the burner flames, reducing flare-ups. Ensure that the system is properly maintained and cleaned.
