LEROAADZ LECP01 Wireless CarPlay Adapter
Product Information:
The product is a Carplay device that supports Apple CarPlay. It has a Type-C interface and Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth name for the device is CarPlayBox_xxxx.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Connect the Carplay device to your car’s infotainment system using the Type-C interface.
- Make sure the Bluetooth feature on your phone is turned on.
- In the Bluetooth settings of your phone, search for available devices and select “CarPlayBox_xxxx” to pair with the Carplay device.
- Once connected, open the CarPlay app on your phone.
- If prompted, enter the password for the Carplay device. The default password can be found in the user manual under the section “Bluetooth Settings” or by visiting the URL http://192.168.2.1.
- After successful pairing and authentication, you can now use Apple CarPlay through the Carplay device.
- If you want to connect your phone via USB, make sure to use a USB cable that supports Carplay. Connect one end of the USB cable to your phone and the other end to the USB port of the Carplay device.
- Ensure that your car’s infotainment system is switched to the appropriate input source for Carplay (e.g., USB).
- Follow the on-screen instructions on your car’s infotainment system to navigate and use Apple CarPlay features.
How to Use
- Step 1: Insert the device into the original car’s Carplay USB interface.
- Step 2: use iPhone to match Bluetooth. The Bluetooth name is CarPlayBoxxxxx.
- Step 3: after the connection is successful, the mobile phone will display a CarPlay on-board window. Click the button to enter the CarPlay interface.
Download log
If there is a fault, connect Bluetooth with your mobile phone and input it in Safari http://192.168.2.1 Enter the equipment information, find the download log and send the files to our staff.
Equipment upgrade:
The equipment can be upgraded by plugging in USB 5V power supply, such as
mobile phone charger and vehicle cigarette lighter (plugging in the CarPlay
USB port of the original vehicle for upgrading will lead to failure to
upgrade).
