Charging steps

Download the Shockflo Mobile APP (iOS or Android) SHOCKFLO CS02 S1
Level 2 EV Charger - app 1For i0S and Android: Scan the QR code to download the SHOCKFLO mobile app directly. Or you can search SHOCKFLO on App store or Google Play to download for free.
The App is compatible with the following phone systems: i0S 9.0 and above, Android 5.0 and above.

Turn on Bluetooth and WiFi

Turn your phone’s Bluetooth setting ON and connect your phone to 2.4GHz WiFi.

Sign up and Login

Please Sign up an account first.
If you already have an account, you can log in by entering your Email and password.SHOCKFLO CS02 S1 Level 2 EV Charger - app 3

Search and add the charger

  1. Clickthe “+” button on the upper right corner to search for devices and connect;
  2. You can also receive a shared device from others through the “messag- ing” page.

Configure the Network

Once you add the device successfully, you can start to configure the network. Enter the device opera- tion page, and then click the icon on the upper right corner to the setting. Configure the WiFi and password to connect the device to 2.4GHz. Once the charger is connected to WiFi, you can control it remotely, of course, youcan also choose to skip it.

Only 2.4GHz WiFi can be connected without problem.

Start Charging

When you start charging, you can choose four modes – plug to play, app control, card charging, scheduled charging. In the App, you can select the charging station you want to control and click to enter the operation page. Click the “Start” button to start charging.

Finished Charging

You can finished charging by swiping the card or manipulating the APP, or you can wait until it is fully charged and stop automatically.SHOCKFLO CS02 S1

Troubleshooting and Solution

  1. Unable to search for devices/Unable to obtain charging station information
  2. For Bluetooth connection, please make sure the Bluetooth is ON and distance between phone or tablet PC does not exceed 10 meters during using. For WiFi connection, please make sure that the charging station are connect to the available WiFi.
  3. Restart both Bluetooth/WiFi and the app and try again.
  4. Update the app to the latest version and try again.
  5. Make sure if there is no other accounts are connecting to the same device.
  6. he first account connected to the charging station through searching will be the master account, and other users can be shared by the master account to obtain the device. Or you can unbind the device from the current master account and re-create.
  7. When above all can not work, please power off the charging station for 5-10 seconds and restart again.
  8. The charging station cannot charge
  9. Check the charging is complete or not. The charging will stop automatically when complete.
  10. Check that the charging plug is correctly inserted into the EV port.
  11. Make sure that the Plug to Play button is ON in the app when you connect the adapter to the charging station directly. Otherwise, you need to operate the App to start charging.
  12. when above all can not work, please power off the charging station for 5-10 seconds and restart again.
  13. The device cannot be upgraded successfully
  14. Make sure your mobile phone or tablet PC is is connected successfully to the charging station via Bluetooth, or that the device is connected to an available WiFi.
  15. Make sure that your charging station is not working. It can not be upgraded while charging.
