KOHLER 78440 Tea For Two 33 Inch Cable Pop Up Bath Drain Instruction Manual
CAUTION: Risk of property damage. Leaky drain connections will damage property. Make sure that a watertight seal exists on all drain connections
Follow all local plumbing and building codes. If possible, install the drain to the bath before installing the bath.
Do not kink, damage, coil, or secure the cable to any structure

A. Sealant Tape
-
B. 100% Silicone Sealant

C. Plumbers Putty
-
A. Dry the cable guide.

A. Dry fit the ovŽrflow ell.
-
With a level against the boĴom of the pipe, draw a level line on theovŽr flow pipe.

A. Mark a line 2-7/8″ (73 mm) above the first line
-
A. Remove the ovŽrflow and cut at the second marked location
-
Assemble the ovŽrflow tee.
-
Using the tee for a measurement, mark the pipe to fit into the tee about 5/8″ (16 mm)

Remove the drain ell and cut at the marked location.
-
A. Check for proper fitǯcc

A. Remove the ovŽrflow and drain ell from the bath.
-
Apply 100% silicone sealant to the ovŽrflow gasket
-
Reattach The Overflow To the Flange

A. Apply plumbers putty to the flangŽe
B. Apply 100% silicone sealant to the gasket. -
A. Apply plumbers puĴ¢ to the flangŽǯ?”

B. Apply 100% silicone sealant to the gasket.
-
A. Connect the tee to the drain ell and the drain waste pipe.
-
A. Apply sealant tape and aĴach the tailpiece.

A. Fill the bath past the ovŽrflow and check for leaks.
