#| Error Code| Problem| Problem Details| Troubleshooting & Solutions
---|---|---|---|---
1| E1| Poor Display Signal|

  1. The upper wire plug of console is loose or detached.
  2. Damaged wire plugs or poor wire connections on upper, middle and lower parts linked to console.
  3. The lower signal wire is cut off when assembling the armrest.
  4. Broken motherboard chip. 5.Lower control is damaged.

|

  1. If E1 is displayed immediately when the safety lock is put on and power is not switched on yet, check whether the wire is crushed, or whether the port wire is loose or disconnected. If the wire is replaced, change the lower control.
  2. If E1 is displayed when the power is switched on, display may need to be replaced.

E2

| Motor Error| E2 motor error occurs when motor is turned on. Check if there are wires disconnected with controller, stuck motor, burned motor, burned controller or peculiar smell.|

  1. If E1 is displayed immediately when power is switched on, there usually is problem with lower control.
  2. If E2 appears after the motor is running or delayed for a few seconds, there usually is problem with motor. (Note: Error E2 from Model B1 means poor connection between carbon brush and rotor, please firstly check whether motor is burned or not. If yes, the lower control should be replaced.)

4

| E5|

Overpressure

| Automatic protection when current load is too large, electric control and motor voltage compensation are not enough for protection.|

  1. Stop and rotate the motor. If the motor is stuck or does not rotate smoothly, replace the motor;
  2. Turn off the power and restart it. If it still can’t be started, please replace the lower control.

5| E6| Broken lower control board| Driver IC is broken|

  1. Firstly check whether motor is broken or not (by testing if motor is stuck or making noise etc.) If motor is broken, the lower control should be replaced together.
  2. If motor could run normally, only lower control should be

replaced.

6| E7| No signal is received| No connected signal on console.|

  1. Check safety lock is magnetic or not.
  2. Open the display board, then place and move safety lock around loop tube to find out whether any magnetic induction.
  3. After step 2, if there is no magnetic induction, normally problem could be settled by replacing the loop tube.

7| No power supply| Blank screen|

  1. Check whether switch is on or both sides are on.
  2. Check whether the lower control is on or damaged, and whether the fuse is burned out or not.
  3. Check whether cables are crushed, or whether wire terminals are damaged or off.4.  LED display may be broken.

|

  1. Replace the switch;
  2. Replace the lower control;
  3. Replace wire or cable;
  4. Replace LED display.

8| Abnormal noise from motor| |

  1. Check whether there is foreign matter falling into motor or into its cover.
  2. Nosie from carbon crush.
  3. Uneven copper rotor.

|

  1.  Open motor cover to check if there is any foreign matter, and blow air into motor from the side. If there is still abnormal noise, please replace the motor.
  2. Carbon brush noise is normal as long as it is not sharp, and it can be eliminated after a period of aging.
  3. From the carbon brush hole, sand the rotor with sandpaper.

9| Creaking| |

  1. The four frame corners are uneven.
  2. Friction happens between the frame and the base.
  3. Bolts on running board are loose.
  4. Side belt is loose.

|

  1. Stabilize the frame, and loosen the cushion.
  2. Properly loosen the bolts fixed on the frame and the base.
  3. Tighten the bolts on running board.
  4. Tighten the side belt.

10| Noisy Roller| | | In general, if the roller is noisy, you may find the shaft is hot when you touch it, or you may find it is stuck while rolling it and when the power is off.
12| Electrical leakage| |

  1. There is no grounding wire in the owner’s home.
  2. The machine has static electricity.

|
13| Trip| | Many reasons may cause tripping, such as short circuit, electrical leakage, over current, wire is too thin, and so on.| Firstly, check whether there is foreign matter falling into console or lower control, then find a professional electrician to determine if lower control is damaged or short- circuited. The most important thing is to ask the electrician to check whether owner’s home is electrical leaking (whether the leakage protection switch bounces when tripping), to check whether there is grounding wire in owner’s home, to check whether the wires at home are too thin or not etc.
Note: If everything is normal, it is recommended to ask owner to self-check whether the fuse is broken or not.(Please see the right image as reference) The normal one should be transparent, while the one that is burned should be with variegated colour in the tube. Problem could be settled by replacing it.If fuse is fine, please check power switch, its wires and electrical wiring. Or replace power switch, its wires or power cord.
14| It works well without people standing on it, but it stops once people step on it.| | |

  1. Check the tightness of motor belt.
  2. Check the tightness of running belt.
  3. Adjust the motor torque.
