Product Usage Instructions

To install the Helix 330, follow these steps:

  1. Select a suitable location for installation.
  2. Ensure the location has access to power with a voltage range of 9 – 24 VDC.
  3. Choose the appropriate mounting option: DIN-mount, VESA-mount, or Wall-mount.
  4. Place the Helix 330 in the chosen location and secure it using the selected mounting method.
  5. Connect the necessary cables and peripherals to the rear and front I/O ports as required.
  6. Power on the Helix 330 using the provided DC jack or optional 4-pin terminal block.
  7. Follow the specific instructions in the user manual for network configuration and connectivity setup, if applicable.

  • Helix 330 was built to thrive at the edge, and makes a perfect addition to the innova-tive Helix Series. Powered by the Dual-Core Intel Celeron N6211, or Quad-Core Intel Pentium J6426 processors, which have been specifically engineered for IoT appli-cations, Helix 330 offers a unique combi-nation of features, power and connectivity, making it an ideal Industrial IoT gateway, edge device or embedded controller.

Easy To Install Wherever You Need It

  • Helix 330 can be installed in almost any industrial application. At less than 1.5” tall, the system can be DIN, and wall mounted directly at the source of your data. Sensitive internal components are protected from dust, debris, chemicals, and moisture with OnLogic’s integrated HardshellTM Fanless Technology. Its ad-vanced industrial design, 12-24 V power input, and the absence of any moving parts dramatically improve the lifespan and reliability of the system.

Built For Advanced Networking

  • Connect Helix 330 to your existing infrastructure and take control of your data, with standard I/O that includes 3 USB 3.2 & 3 USB 2.0 ports, 1 DB9 (RS-232/422/485) optionally configurable as CAN (COM can be configured on re-quest)hx310, 3 DisplayPorts, 3 Gb LAN ports (4 LAN available when equipped with a Pentium CPU) and SIM Slot for use with available 4G LTE connectivity.
