Product Usage Instructions
- Before starting the assembly process, carefully read the provided instructions. It is important to follow the instructionscorrectly to avoid damaging any parts.
- Begin by assembling the Back Panel (J) by inserting its tabs into the corresponding receptacles in the Side Panel (R). Press firmly to snap it into place.
- Align the tabs of the assembled parts with the correspondingreceptacles in the Side Panel (L). Make sure all tabs are correctlyaligned before snapping them into place.
- Locate the four Connector Caps (E, A, F, and C). Align themwith their corresponding receptacles as shown in the provided diagram. Press firmly to snap them into place.
- To attach the Door (A), place its bottom hinge post into the hinge post receptacle in the Shelf (G). Hold it in place. Align theConnector Cap receptacles in the underside of the Top with the Connector Caps in the assembled unit. Lower the Top (K) into place,ensuring that the top hinge post of Door (A) fits into the hinge post receptacle in the underside of the Top. Verify that all connections are correctly aligned and press firmly to snap them into place.
- With Door (A) in the open position, locate the Short Handle(M). Remove the clear plastic covers, nuts (AA), and washers (BB) from the Short Handle Threads. Align the Short Handle with theholes in Door (A) and attach it using the provided washers (BB) andnuts (AA). Tighten the nuts by hand, being careful not to overtighten.

Before you begin… Read instructions prior to assembly. This kit contains parts that can be damaged if incorrectly assembled. Please follow instructions. Suncast is not responsible for replacing parts lost or damaged due to incorrect assembly.

Assembly Instructions
- Place Side Panel (R) on flat surface, ribbed side up. Place bottom hinge post of Door (B) into hinge post receptacle in Bottom Panel (H) while at the same time placing the top hinge post of Door (B) into hinge post receptacle in Shelf (G).
- Place tabs of assembled Bottom (H) / Door (B) / Shelf (G) into corresponding receptacles in Side Panel R. Press to snap in place
- Place tabs of Back Panel (J) into corresponding receptacles in Side Panel (R). Press to snap in place.
- Align tabs of assembled parts with corresponding receptacles in Side Panel (L). Verify all tabs are correctly aligned before snapping in place.
- Locate the four Connector Caps (E, A, F, and C). Align them with the corresponding receptacles as shown to the right. Press to snap in place.
- Place bottom hinge post of Door (A) into hinge post receptacle in Shelf (G) and hold in place. Align Connector Cap receptacles in underside of Top with Connector Caps in assembled unit. Lower Top (K) into place, making sure to place the top hinge post of Door (A) into hinge post receptacle in underside of Top. Verify that all connections are correctly aligned and press to snap into place.
- With Door (A) in Open position, locate Short Handle (M) and remove clear plastic covers, nuts (AA) and washers (BB) from Short Handle Threads. Align Short Handle with holes in Door (A). Attach Handle with provided washers (BB) and nuts (AA). Tighten nuts by hand. Do not over tighten. Repeat process for Long Handle (N) and Door (B).
- You may want to set unit on piece of cardboard to avoid scratching the Top. Place unit on its Top. Four Casters (O) are provided – two of the Casters are Locking Casters. It isrecommended to place Locking Casters at opposite corners of unit. Push one Caster into one Caster Receptacle in Bottom. Press on the Caster until it is fully engaged into the Caster Receptacle. Repeat process for other three Casters. To prevent movement of the unit, lock theLockingCasters by pushing down on the extended tabs.
- Insert Hinge Pin of Drop Leaf Shelf (P) into Hinge Pin Receptacle in Side R.
- While raising Left Corner of Drop Leaf Shelf (P) into position, let Shelf Supports drop down and pull back on Spring-Loaded Hinge Pin. Align end of Spring-Loaded Hinge Pin with Hinge Pin Receptacle in Side R and insert into Receptacle. Once Spring-Loaded Hinge Pin is in place, position Shelf Support Ends within Shelf Support Grooves. To store Drop Leaf Shelf, remove Shelf Supports from Shelf Support Grooves, fold Shelf Supports in towards center of shelf and let Shelf hang down from side of unit.
- Provided Serving Tray (S) stores inside unit.
Tips for General Use:
- If parts become broken or cracked, repair or replace promptly.
- Use a cutting board to prevent scratching Top surface.
- Top Panel can hold 50 lbs. evenly distributed.
- Drop Leaf Shelf can hold 35 lbs. evenly distributed.
- When in use make sure the Drop Leaf Support Brackets are nested in the Shelf Support Grooves before placing items on Drop Leaf Shelf.
