Nilfisk MIX 10-25 Pre-Diluted Mix Stations
Product Information
The MIX 10/25 is a dosing unit manufactured by Nilfisk FOOD. The unit comes with a dosing pump and a ball valve on the inlet side that are dismounted and packed in a separate box to optimise shipping. The unit also includes a solenoid valve plug on the inlet side.
Assembly Instructions:
- When leaving Nilfisk FOOD, the unit is packed like this.
- The dosing pump and ball valve on the inlet side are dismounted and packed in a separate box to optimise shipping. Here are the assembly instructions:
- Mount the dosing pump and ball valve in the holder by slipping them into the groove.
- Insert the supplied gasket, which is located in the small plastic bag on the hose, between the dosing pump and the plastic union. Tighten the union by hand.
- Mount the solenoid valve plug on the inlet side.
- The unit is now ready to be installed.
