The WaterVac 200 – MS is a laboratory filtration system that offers a revolutionary approach to filtration. It integrates filterholders with a liquid pump, allowing liquid to be bypassed directly to waste, eliminating the need for tubes and bottles. This system saves up to 70% of bench space and improves efficiency by transferring filtered liquid directly to waste, saving time onemptying and cleaning bottles. The WaterVac 200 – MS is versatile and compatible with most available filter funnels and holders, thanks to its replaceable adaptors. It is internationally certified with CE certification, IP 41 protection, and RoHS certification. The system comes with a one-year warranty.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that the WaterVac 200 – MS is placed on a stable and level surface.
2. Connect the appropriate adaptor and filter holder to the system based on your specific filtration requirements.
3. Make sure the liquid pump is connected to the waste outlet to bypass the filtered liquid directly to waste.
4. Connect the AC100-240V adaptor to the system and plug it into a power source.
5. Switch on the system using the power switch.
6. Adjust the vacuum level using the vacuum control knob to achieve the desired filtration rate.
7. Place the sample or suspension to be filtered on the filter holder.
8. Turn on the liquid pump to start the filtration process.
9. Monitor the filtration process and adjust the settings as needed.
10. Once the filtration is complete, switch off the system and disconnect the power source.
11. Carefully remove the filter holder and dispose of the filtered liquid.
12. Clean and maintain the WaterVac 200 – MS according to the instructions provided in the user manual to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
