Product Usage Instructions
To use the VTX V25-II spare parts, follow the instructions below:
Transducers Replacement:
- Identify the faulty transducer that needs replacement.
- Refer to the part number and description in the table above to ensure you have the correct spare part.
- Follow the assembly drawings and torque values in the VTX V25-II SBOM (Service Bill of Materials) for proper installation.
- For HF Driver Diaphragm Kit and Recone Kit, carefully replace the existing components with the new ones.
- For MF Woofer and LF Woofer, remove the old woofer and install the new one, ensuring proper alignment and connection of the voice coils.
Rigging Setup:
- Choose the appropriate rigging frame and hinge bars based on your mounting requirements.
- Attach the rigging frame to the speaker enclosure securely using the provided hardware.
- If required, install the front and rear rigging hinge bars to enable suspension and rigging of the speaker system.
- For quick release and easy handling, use the provided quick release pin to secure the rigging components.
Other Accessories:
- If you need to replace the grille, ensure you have the correct side (left or right) and attach it securely to the speaker enclosure.
- For branding purposes, attach the JBL logo to the designated area on the grille.
- To connect audio sources, use the input panel assembly and follow the product label for proper connections.
- If necessary, install the VTX Series handle for convenient transportation of the speaker system.
