SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

INTENDED USE

  • This product is intended for household use and is not suitable for medicinal or commercial purposes.
  • The maximum permissible weight of a person using this product is 150 kg.
  • When used regularly, the product strengthens and tightens the muscles in your upper, lower and lateral abdominal muscles (abs).

DANGER FOR CHILDREN AND OTHER GROUPS OF PERSONS

  • Children cannot recognize the hazards that this product may pose. For this reason, keep this product out of the reach of children. The product is not a toy. Store the product at a location out of the reach of children and pets.
  • If you allow a child to use the product, do not leave it unattended during use. Make all necessary adjustments to the product yourself and supervise the child during exercise.
  • Keep packaging materials out of the reach of children. They pose a suffocation hazard!

CAUTION – RISK OF INJURY

  • Warning: Improper or excessive training may result in damage to health.
  • Warning: The product must be placed on a stable, even surface.
  • Do not use the product if it is damaged or defective. In this case, contact a professional workshop or our service center.
  • Always verify that the product is in impeccable condition before use. Defective components must be replaced immediately as failure to do so may impair the functioning and safety of the product.
  • Make sure that no more than one person uses the product at a time.
  • Always operate the product on a horizontal and nonslip surface. Never use the product near water and make sure there is a safety clearance of at least 0,6 m on all sides of the product.
  • Prevent your arms and legs from coming near the product’s moving components. Do not put any objects into any openings on the product.

CAUTION – PRODUCT DAMAGE

  • Do not alter the product in any way and use only original replacement parts. Have all repairs carried out in a professional workshop or from similarly qualified persons -improper repairs can lead to serious risks for the user. Use the product for the intended purposes as described in the operating instructions only.
  • Shield the product from spraying water, moisture, high temperatures and direct sunlight.

ADVICE WITH REGARD TO BATTERIES

  • Remove the batteries if they are empty or if you are no longer using the product. In this way, you will avoid damages that can be caused by leaking.
  • The batteries may not be charged or activated with other means, dismantled, thrown into fire or short-circuited. There is a DANGER OF EXPLOSION!
  • Preferably use alkaline batteries, since they last longer than regular zinc-carbon batteries.
  • A battery replacement is necessary as soon as the display starts to fade or fades completely. Always replace all old batteries with new ones and make sure that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity.

INFORMATION ON ASSEMBLY

  • The product should be carefully assembled by a responsible adult. Ask for the assistance of another, technically-skilled person in case of doubt.
  • Before beginning assembly of the product, read all assembly steps carefully and review the diagram.
  • Remove all packaging materials and lay out all the parts. This will give you a good overview and simplify assembly. Shield the assembly surface from filth and scratching by laying down suitable padding.
  • Check the components against the components list to make sure all are present. Do not dispose of all packaging materials until assembly is completed.
  • Please note that there is always a risk of injury when using tools to carry out manual tasks. Therefore, please exercise caution when assembling this product.
  • Make sure your work environment is hazard-free. For example, do not leave any tools lying around.
  • After assembling the product according to the instructions, make sure that all screws, bolts, and nuts are installed correctly and tightened.
  • If necessary, lay out protective padding (not included) beneath the product to protect your floor as there is no guarantee that, for instance, the rubber feet will not leave marks behind.

Always make sure there is enough space around the product, at least 60 cm on each side. This way the user can get off quickly and safely in the event of an emergency.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Step
    Take the front stabilizer (2) with integrated transport rollers and fasten it to the frame (1) using 2 screws (55), 2 washers (56), and 2 nuts (57).

  1. Step
    Remove the hex screw (31) and pull the lock pin (32) from the frame (1). Then slide the roller rail (6) into the frame (1). First fasten the roller rail using the hex screw (31), 1 washer (14), and 1 cap nut (23), then fasten the screw knob (33) and 1 washer (58) to the frame (1). Finally, reinsert the lock pin (32) into the front hole on the frame (1).
    NOTE: To collapse the rowing machine, loosen the screw knob (33) and the lock pin (32), then fold up the roller rail. To secure it after folding up, reinsert the lock pin (32) into the frame (1).
    Remove both hex screws (9) and spacers (10) from the rear end of the roller rail (6). Slide the seat (22) onto the roller rail (6).
    Mount the spacers (10) to the roller rail (6) with 1 screw (9) each. Also fit the end caps (28/29) to the end of the roller rail (6).SportPlus SP-MR-1200

  2. Step
    Fasten the rear stabilizer (4) to the roller rail (6) using 4 screws (63) and 4 washers (14). Fasten the left pedal (17L) to the left uptake on the pedal mount (12). Fasten it using 2 screws (18). Repeat the step for the right pedal (17R). Fasten the pedal mount (12) to the U-shaped profifile on the frame (1) using 2 screws (16), 2 washers (14), and 2 nuts (15) (see detailed illustration above).SportPlus SP-MR-1200 Series Rowing Machine fig

  3. Step
    Connect sensor wire 1 (65) and sensor wire 2 (70) to the respective cables on the computer (37).
    Mount the computer (37) to the computer mount (47) using the 2 premounted screws (59).
    Note: Make sure the cables are not pinched at the back of the computer.
    Note: When the product is unfolded, the middle stabilizer does not have any function and thus does not touch the ground. The middle stabilizer only touches the ground when the roller rail is folded up.

Collapsing the product

  • Lift the middle of the product slightly upward.
  • Pull out the lock pin (32) and the screw knob (33) from the joint.
  • Collapse the aluminum roller rail (6).
  • Fasten the aluminum roller rail (6) with the lock pin (32) and screw knob (33).

Unfolding the product

Follow the directions for collapsing the product in reverse order.

USING THE COMPUTER

FUNCTION

  • RPM: 0~199;
  • SPEED: 0~75 KM/h;
  • TIME: 0:00~99:00, Can be switch up and down;
  • DISTANCE: 0,00~99.0 KM, Can be switch up and down;
  • CALORIES: 0~990, Can be switch up and down;
  • PULSE: P~30~240, Can be switch up and down;

USING THE COMPUTER

OPERATION

BASIC FUNCTION

In the standby interface, the user can directly pedal to start the workout; Or set the function value before exercise, and then work out; When doing exercises, all function values start to count.
Function value setting method: in the standby interface, press “Enter” key to ENTER the function value setting interface.When setting, the corresponding function display window will flflash. Press the “UP” and “DOWN” keys to set the function target value, and then press the “ENTER” key to confifirm, and ENTER the next function target value setting. The sequence of setting is Time → Distance → Dice → Pulse, and cycle. Caution: After you press the “Enter” button, the heart rate value entered will not be displayed continuously If no function target value is set, each function value (except heartbeat value) can be counted up to the upper limit during exercise; If the target value is set, the set function value (except the heartbeat value) at the time of exercise is countdown from the set value to 0, and the unset function value (except the heartbeat value) is counted up to the upper limit. When the function value countdown to 0, the buzzer “drops drops” 4 times, the corresponding function value flflashing, and then the value starts from 0 on the number; Other function values that have not yet been countered to 0 continue to be countered.During exercise, when the actual heartbeat value is detected to exceed the set heartbeat value, the data in the heartbeat value window begins to blink.

RECOVERY (Applies only for equipment with hand-grip heart rate sensors and compatible devices for heart-rate chest straps)

Hold the gripper tightly. After the PULSE value is displayed on the display, press the “Recovery” button to enter the heartbeat RECOVERY evaluation function. When using the hand pulse sensors, your hand has to fifirmly grasp the handle and may not let go during this 1 minute. The hand cannot leave the gripper within 1 minute, must held tightly, and the current heart rate will be displayed in the corresponding Pulse window. The electronic meter will display the recovery level according to the collected heart rate during this period.

AUTO SLEEP

When the user does not have any operation, four minutes later, the console will automatically enter the sleep state.Users can wake up by pressing any button or by pressing the pedal directly.

CONTROL VIA APP

You can connect the computer via Bluetooth 4.0 to your smartphone/tablet. Please download a compatible app (e.g. Kinomap) from the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS.

KEY FUNCTION

  • RESET Reset the value to zero

NOTES

  • The console need 2 pcs of battery (2*1.5V).
  • Keep the console away from rain and wet situation

TRAINING TIPS

IMPORTANT NOTES ON TRAINING

  • Please consult your physician before beginning training. Ask your physician about the extent of training appropriate for you. Improper or excessive training may result in damage to health.
  • Do not overstrain your own body. Do not train when you are tired or exhausted. If you are unaccustomed to physical activity, begin slowly.
  • Cease training immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.
  • Do not eat anything for a half hour before and after training.
  • Breathe evenly and calmly during training.
  • To prevent injury, begin each training session with warm-up exercises and end with a cool-down phase.
  • Be sure to drink enough fluids during training. Please note that the recommended fluid intake of approx. 2 liters daily increases through physical strain. The fluids you drink should be at room temperature.
  • Use the product only wearing sports wear and appropriate shoes with nonslip soles. Do not wear loose clothing that could catch on the product during training.
  • Check your pulse regularly. Establish your personal training frequency range to achieve the best training results. Take into consideration your age as well as your physical condition.

TRANSPORT

  • At least 2 persons are required to carry and transport the product.
  • One person stands on each side of the product. Grip the rear stabilizer (4). Tilt the back of the product to lift the front of the product onto the transport rollers (2).
  • Move the product and carefully set it down. Move the product carefully over uneven surfaces. Do not use the transport rollers (2) to transport the product to a higher floor; instead, carry it by the stabilizers (2, 4).
  • Place the product on a protective surface to prevent damage to the floor.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

  • Store the product at a dry location with as little temperature fluctuations as possible.
  •  Check the product regularly for wear or damage, and have any problems fixed by a professional immediately. If any defects become evident within the warranty period, please contact our customer service.
  • Check all components regularly for wear and damage to guarantee the safety of the product. Replace worn parts immediately.
  • Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents to clean the product. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove and filth and dust.

NOTES ON DISPOSAL

  • Packaging materials are raw materials and can be recycled.
    Separate the packaging materials correctly and dispose of them properly in the interest of the environment. Your local administration can provide additional information.
    Used devices do not belong in household waste!

  • Dispose of used devices properly!

  • Batteries do not belong in household waste!
    As the end user, you are legally required to return discharged batteries to a collection point. You can take your old batteries to the public collection points in your community or you can take them to any place where batteries of that type are being sold.

SportPlus guarantees that the product under warranty has been manufactured from the highest quality materials and has been checked with the utmost care.
The operation and assembly of the product according to the operating instructions is a precondition of this warranty. The warranty can be voided due to improper use and/or improper transport of the product.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. If the product you have purchased is defective, please contact our service team within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Excluded from the warranty are:
