DESCRIPTION AND USE OF MASSAGE HEADS

Round head

• Suitable for massaging almost all muscles of the body.
• Its round shape means the head easily adapts to the shape of the body and can be used for the targeted massage of large superficial muscle groups.
• Suitable for use before and after exercise and at any time during the day.
• Helps to gently relax muscle tissues, and regenerate and stimulate individual points.
• Suitable for intensity 1–5.

Flat head

• Suitable for massaging almost all muscle parts of the body.
• Its flat design and even pressure make it suitable for the
• stimulation of muscles and soft tissues near bones and joints.
• Suitable for use before and after exercise and at any time during the day.
• Helps to gently relax muscle tissues, and regenerate and stimulate individual points including soft tissues in the joint area.
• Suitable for intensity 1–5.

Forked head

• Suitable for indirect massage and stimulation of secondary points, adjacent muscles and deep muscle layers such as the trapezius, Achilles tendons, calves, buttocks, cervical spine, ribs and cervical vertebrae.
• Suitable for use before and after exercise and at any time during the day.
• Helps to gently relax muscle tissues, and regenerate and stimulate secondary and deep points.
• Suitable for intensity 1–3.

Pointed head

• Suitable for direct point massage, deep stimulation of muscle layers and for parts of the body such as the arch of the feet, wrists, palms, back muscles, trapezius, neck muscles, forearms and calves.
• The head is suitable for use before and after exercise and at any time during the day.
• The head helps with targeted massage of muscles and soft tissues, and regeneration and stimulation of hard-to-reach points.
• Suitable for intensity 1–2.

INTENSITY AND MODE SETTINGS

1. Hold the button for two seconds to power it on.
2. Press the button to set the intensity/mode.
3. After pressing the button, the selected intensity 1–4 appears on the status LED.
4. The 5th intensity level provides an automatic pressure mode. In this mode, the status LEDs flash intermittently from left to right.

Each intensity has an assigned maximum frequency of movements ranging from 2000~3200 beats per minute (rpm).

MASSAGE

1. Select and fit the appropriate massage head according to the „Massage head“ instructions.
2. Press and hold the bottom power button for two seconds.
3. Adjust the intensity/mode of the massage according to the „Intensity and Modes Settings“ instructions.
4. Start massaging the desired part of the body with moderate pressure.
5. Increase or decrease the intensity level as needed.
6. Perform the massage by moving with the blood circulation, i.e. in the direction from the heart to the limbs.
7. The length of the massage should not exceed 15 minutes to avoid excessive strain on the muscles, bones and joints.

Note:

• In case of any health complications, consult your doctor about the use of the product.
• Do not use the product on the parts where you feel pain or have a skin injury.
• Do not use the product on the face, spine and genitals.
• Choose the appropriate massage head to suit your needs and health to maximize the benefits and minimize the risks.

MODES AND FUNCTIONS

1. Safety stop
   – The Safety stop function automatically slows down the motor when the massage gun is pressed hard. This function protects muscles, bones and joints from excessive stress or injury.

2. Automatic pressure
   – The automatic pressure mode ensures a consistent and precisely regulated massage force that optimizes performance and reduces muscle fatigue.
   – The feature is available at intensity level 5.

3. Auto-off
   – The massage gun automatically switches off after 15 minutes of use.

CHARGING

• Only charge the massage gun using the included USB-C cable.
• A low battery is indicated by a red flashing status LED.
• A fully charged battery is indicated by a green status LED.
