IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.
- This device is intended for personal care use only and not for medical or commercial purposes.
- Children under 8 should not use the device.
- The device is not intended for use by children aged 8-12 or persons with reduced physical, sensory or cognitive capabilities unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the device in a safe way and understood the hazards involved.
- Children should not play with the device.
- Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by children.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
- Never use pins or other metallic fasteners with this device.
- Do not submerge the device in water or any other liquid.

Please consult a doctor before use if you fit into any of the following user groups:
– Children and the elderly
– Persons who are pregnant, postpartum or menstruating
– Persons who are receiving medical treatment
– Persons who have recently undergone surgery or have any injuries in the neck area
– Persons who have a history of blood clotting disorder or are taking blood- thinning medications
– Persons with heart problems, abnormal blood pressure, diabetes or neurological disorders.
– Persons with phlebitis, thrombosis, joint dysfunction, osteoporosis, stroke or malignant tumors
– Persons with skin conditions or infections in the neck area
– Persons with heightened sensitivity to pressure or touch

Tie up long hair and remove any neck accessories before wearing the device.

It is recommended to use the device for 10 minutes each time. It is normal for the massaged area to become mildly warm and red after use.

If you experience any discomfort during use, stop using the device immediately.

Do not use the device if you have applied oils or lotions to your neck skin.

Do not use the device under blankets, pillows, or any other object that can cause excessive heat.

Do not use the device if it is not working properly, has been damaged, or dropped into water. Return it to the service center for examination and repair.

Do not use the device while driving.

Avoid contact with sharp objects.

Be careful when using heated surfaces, as they may cause serious burns. Do not use over insensitive skin areas or on persons with poor circulation. Children or persons with physical, sensory or cognitive impairment should not use heat unattended.

High temperatures may cause burns to occur regardless of the control setting. Do not use the device on infants or persons who are with disabilities, sleeping or unconscious. Check frequently where the skin is in contact with the heated area to reduce the risk of blistering.

Note: Do not use the device while charging.
USING YOUR U-NECK MINI
Tip: Tie up long hair, remove any neck accessories and make sure the massage node covers are securely attached before wearing the device.

Power Button | Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on/off the device. |
After power on, low heat, weak intensity, built-in music and Bluetooth are
enabled by default.
intensity Button| Press to switch between weak intensity and strong
intensity.
Heat Button| Press to adjust the heat level between low heat and high heat or
to turn off the heating function.
Music Button| a. Press to switch to the next track
b. Double press to turn onfoff the voice broadcast.
c. Press and hold to turn on/off the music.
10-Minute Auto-off Timer| The device will automatically shut off after 10
minutes of continuous use. Restart the device if needed.
CONNECTING TO BLUETOOTH
- Turn on the device and enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Search for “R-LOO1” via your Bluetooth settings and connect to play your music playlist.
Note: Once paired successfully, the device will be automatically connected to Bluetooth next time, followed by a voice prompt “Bluetooth is connected””
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Turn off the device and allow it to cool down before cleaning or storing.
- Wipe the device surface with a soft, dry cotton cloth. If there are stains or stubborn dirt, use a cotton ball or cloth soaked in alcohol to clean. Do not submerge the device in water or use bleach or corrosive cleaners.
- To clean the massage node covers, gently detach them from the massage nodes, hand wash with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the device and massage node covers to air dry completely before use or storage.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, moisture, heat, and corrosive gases.
- If you plan to store your device for longer than six months, charge it to 50% every six months.
- Do not unzip, disassemble or repair the device by yourself as this may cause damage and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

via your mobile device.
