Allow accessories to completely cool before cleaning. · ALWAYS be careful of hot steam when opening the air fryer basket during and after cooking. · DO NOT place oversized foods or metal utensils into the air fryer. · DO NOT block the air vents. · DO NOT leave this appliance unattended during use. · ALWAYS ensure that the cooking trays are installed in the air fryer baskets.
Dual-basket cooking.
The Air Fryer Duo features two independent, extra-large baskets giving the versatility to cook 2 different foods in different settings eliminating the need for back-to-back cooking.
3 ways of dual-basket cooking:
1. SYNC FINISH 2. DUAL COOK 3. MANUAL
SYNC FINISH
The SYNC FINISH feature ensures cooking in both air fryer baskets will be completed at the same time regardless of different settings cooking program, time and temperature.
The basket with the longer cooking time will operate first while the other remains on Hold.
NOTE: SYNC FINISH is not available for Dehydrate.
24

To use this, follow the steps below: 1. Insert both the cooking trays in the left and right baskets. 2. Place ingredients into the baskets then insert both into the unit. 3. Choose a cooking program for the LEFT basket and set the
desired time and temperature using the + and – buttons. 4. Press RIGHT (for RIGHT basket) and choose a cooking program.

NOTE: You can set a different cooking program as desired.
5. After all settings are made for both baskets, press SYNC FINISH button to ensure that both baskets will complete cooking time simultaneously.
6. Press START/PAUSE button to begin cooking. 7. Here how it works: The basket that has the longer time will
begin cooking first. Screen displays the count down time and temperature. The display for the other basket shows Hold. 8. Once the remaining cooking time of the basket which started cooking first matches the time set for the other basket, unit beeps and cooking automatically syncs. Both baskets cook and screen shows the same count down time. 9. When the time reaches 00:00, screen displays End.
DUAL COOK SYSTEM
The DUAL COOK system conveniently duplicates the settings made on one basket to the other basket. This feature allows you to cook larger batches of the same food or cook different foods using the same cooking program, time and temperature.
To use this, follow the steps below: 1. Insert both the cooking trays in the left and right baskets. 2. Place ingredients into the baskets then insert both into the unit. 3. Choose a cooking program for the LEFT or RIGHT basket and set

25

6. When the cooking time reaches 00:00, cooking ends simultaneously for both basket and display shows End on both screens.
DUAL BASKET COOKING with DIFFERENT COOK TIMES (MANUAL)

temperature using the + and – buttons. 5. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Screen displays
temperature and count down time. 6. When the cooking time reaches 00:00, cooking ends for each
basket and display shows End.
26

Shaking Food.
During the cooking process, shake the basket or flip your food for even cooking and browning. The AIR FRY program features an automatic SHAKE Reminder that is activated halfway through the cooking time. It is recommended to shake the basket or flip your food once or more, if desired.
CAUTION: · Always be careful of hot steam when pulling the Air Fryer
basket from the unit.
1. Hold the Air Fryer basket handle just above a heat resistant surface and shake it or flip food carefully. NOTE: When cooking naturally high fat foods, flip the food using a tong. Do not shake the basket to avoid risk of hot liquids splashing.
2. Depending on the food, the basket might be too heavy to shake. In this case, ensure to place the Air Fryer basket on a stable and heat-resistant surface then shake it or flip food carefully. If food won’t shake or can’t be flipped because of the weight, use a tong instead.
WARNING! · For safety purposes, it is recommended to use tongs to flip
food that contains oil or any hot liquids. Any excess oil and liquids can splash from the basket when shaking. · Always drain any excess oil or hot liquids from the air fryer basket. Excess oil may produce extra smoke when heated for longer period.
27

Smart tips.
1. Always pat food dry before cooking to encourage browning and avoid excess smoke.
2. Do not overfill the air fryer baskets with food. Overfilling will result to uneven cooking. It is recommended to fry smaller batches of food as this will allow proper air circulation for even cooking and browning.
3. Spray oil works best. Oil is distributed evenly and less oil is needed. Alternatively, add a small amount of oil (not more than 2 tbsp).
NOTE: Adding a small amount of oil will make the food crispier.
4. It is recommended to spray or add a small amount of oil to your food if adding seasoning or breading to ensure that these light ingredients stick to the food. The air fryer rapidly circulates air and pushes it to your food during the cooking process which can take out light ingredients if they are not properly adhered to the food.
5. When cooking naturally high fat foods, it is recommended to empty oil and fats collected on the basket between batches to avoid excess smoke.
6. It is recommended to shake the basket or flip your food once or more, as desired to check for doneness. This will also allow even cooking and browning. Always observe safety precautions when shaking the basket or flipping foods.

Care & maintenance.
WARNING: To avoid electric shock or damage to your air fryer, ALWAYS press the Power button to turn the unit OFF and unplug the power cord from the power supply outlet before cleaning. Make sure that all parts and accessories of your air fryer have cooled down completely.
CAUTION: · DO NOT immerse the power cord or your air fryer in water or any
other liquids. · DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or scouring pads. · DO NOT clean with metal scouring pads. Metal fragments can
break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock. · Dry all parts and accessories thoroughly after cleaning, before using, or before storing your air fryer. · Make sure that all parts and surfaces are completely dry before connecting your air fryer to a power outlet. Wet parts can cause electric shock. · ALWAYS clean your air fryer thoroughly every after use. · DO NOT store anything inside your air fryer other than the accessories.
