The person Basspods Buds Plus TWS Earbuds are wireless earbuds that provide a convenient and high-quality audio experience. These earbuds feature a Touch Sensitive Area (TSA) for easy control, smart power on and pairing, Bluetooth connectivity, voice assistant activation, call and music functions, and troubleshooting solutions.

Product Usage Instructions

Smart Power On & Pairing

  1. Open the charging case cap and take out both earbuds.
  2. Wait for 2-3 seconds until the left and right earbuds pair with each other.
  3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for “pTron TWS” to connect with the device.

Smart Power Off

  • Long touch on the TSA of either earbud for 4-5 seconds.
  • Alternatively, keep both earbuds in the charging case and close the cap properly.

Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic

  1. Open the charging case cap and take out both earbuds.
  2. The earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to the last connected device within a 10-meter wireless range.
  3. Note: The Bluetooth function must be turned on in the last connected device.

Calling or Music through Mono & Dual Buds

  • Mono Bud Use: Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case and close the cap properly.
  • Dual Buds Use: Use both the left and right earbuds together.

Voice Assistant Activation – Google/Siri

  • Touch TSA on the left earbud for 2-3 seconds.

Call & Music Functions

  • Answer/Hangup a Phone Call: Touch TSA on either earbud once.
  • Reject a Phone Call: Touch TSA on either earbud twice.
  • Music Play/Pause: Touch TSA on either earbud once.
  • Next Song: Touch TSA on the right earbud twice.
  • Previous Song: Touch TSA on the left earbud twice.

Charging the Earbuds

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case properly and close the lid.
  2. The earbuds will automatically power off and start charging.
  3. The blue LED indicator on the charging case will be steady during charging, and the earbuds will show a red LED light.

**Troubleshooting

**

Scenario 1: One Earbud is Not Working

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the cap.
  2. Take out both earbuds together from the charging case.
  3. Wait until the left and right earbuds pair with each other. The earbuds will blink blue and red LED lights during pairing.
  4. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, search for “person TWS,” and connect.

Scenario 2: Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the cap.
  2. Take out both earbuds together from the charging case.
  3. Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
  4. Search for “pTron TWS” on your Bluetooth device and connect.

Scenario 3: Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call

  1. Charge the earbuds to 100% before use.
  2. Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.

Important
pTron ‘Basspods Buds Plus’ is set at 50% default volume, and the earbuds do not support volume adjustment. Please control the volume via the connected phone.

Smart Power On & Pairing

  1. Open the charging case cap & take out both the earbuds from the charging case, the buds will Turn On automatically.

  2. Wait for 2-3 seconds until L & R earbuds pair with each other.

  3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “pTron TWS” to connect with the device.
    Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area. Smart Power Off

  4. Long Touch on TSA of either earbud for 4-5 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds in the charging case and close the cap properly. Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic
    Open the charging case cap & take out both the earbuds from the charging case, the buds will Turn On automatically. They will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology). Note: The last connected device must be within 10 meters of wireless range and the Bluetooth function must be. Calling or Music through Mono & Dual Buds
    Mono Bud Use -Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case and close the cap properly. Dual Buds Use – Use left & right earbuds together. Voice Assistant Activation – Google/Siri
    Touch TSA on the Left earbud for 2-3 seconds. Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area.

Call & Music Functions

Answer/Hangup a Phone Call – Touch TSA on either earbud once. Reject a Phone Call  Touch TSA on either earbud twice. Music Play/Pause – Touch TSA on either earbud once. Next Song – Touch TSA on the Right earbud twice. Previous Song – Touch TSA on Left earbud twice.
Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area. Charging the Earbuds

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case properly and close the lid. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the case and it will start charging.
  2. The Blue LED indicator on the charging case will be steady during charging the earbuds and the earbuds will show a Red LED light during charging.

Charging the Case

  1. Connect the Type-C cable end to the charging case and the USB end to a 5V power source.
  2. The Red LED indicator will blink during charging.
  3. The charging case will get fully charged. The LED indicator light will be steady Red. Remove the power supply. Red LED light will turn to Blue and switch off in 3-5 seconds.
  4. Disconnect the charging cable.
    Caution: Using incompatible USB cables or high-voltage chargers can damage the product and void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.

Troubleshooting Scenario 1

One Earbud is Not Working
Place both the earbuds in the charging case and close the charging case cap. Take out both the earbuds from the charging case. Wait until L & R earbuds pair with each other. When we keep our buds from the charging case the earbuds will blink Blue and red LED light and after successful pairing light will get off.  Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “person TWS” & connect.

Troubleshooting Scenario 2
Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the charging case cap. Take out both the earbuds from the charging case. Restart your Bluetooth device or phone. 4. Now, search for “pTron TWS” on your Bluetooth device & connect.

Troubleshooting Scenario 3
Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call Charge earbuds 100% before use. 2. Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.

Safety Precautions

  1. Please keep this device away from extreme heat, liquids, humidity, or corrosive environments.
  2. Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of the battery.
  3. Using incompatible USB cables or high-voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty.
  4. We strongly recommend using good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.
  5. This product or the Bluetooth function should not be used during charging.
  6. Don’t jam the ports such as charger port, LED port, etc.
  7. It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect your hearing.
  8. Please don’t open/temper the product or the product’s battery.
  9. Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
  10. Dispose of the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
