Product Usage Instructions

  1. Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the appliance for the first time.

  2. Ensure that the voltage rating of your appliance matches your household’s electric supply.

    Instead, grasp the plug and pull it to disconnect.

  • Keep these instructions, warranty card, purchase receipt and, if possible, the box, together with inner packaging.
  • Make sure that the voltage rating of your appliance is compatible with that of your household’s electric supply.
  • Any connection error cancels the appliance’s warranty.
  • Do not leave the appliance running unattended when plugged in.
  • Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains when not in use and before assembling or disassembling the accessories and before cleaning it.

  • Do not cover or restrict the airflow from the outlet or inlet grills.
  • For maximum performance, the minimum distance from a wall or objects should be 50cm.
  • Please make sure, while in operation, the water in the water tank does not exceed the MAX level and does not fall below MIN.
  • In order to achieve maximum efficiency please place the unit near an open door or window. The Air Coolers work with an evaporative cooling mechanism which requires cross ventilation

How to assemble the air cooler?

  1. Turn the appliance upside down.
  2. There is a left and right sign on the wheel holder for easy to know where to install each holder in its right direction
  3. After the wheel holder is well fitted on the base of the appliance, install the wheel on the wheel holder.

Operating instructions

  1. Fill the air cooler with water:
    There is 2 ways to fill the air cooler with water:

  2. There is a water filling spout on the back side of the tank, you can connect it to the main source of water, and the water will stop automatically when the tank is filled because there is a sensor that stops filling the tank.

  3. Fill the tank with water manually through the water inlet cover on the back side or directly by filling the upper tank.
    Note: Only use clean tap water and do not fill the water beyond the maximum water level.
    Note: When filling through the upper tank, please avoid water reaching the control panel.

  4. Connect the appliance to the mains.

  5. Make sure that the appliance is placed on a flat surface so that the water reaches regularly to all sides.

  6. Turn the power switch knob on the desired speed 1, 2 or 3.

  7. Turn on the cooling mode by pressing the cold mode button.

  8. Press the swing button to distribute the air.

  9. The front fan blades are responsible for distributing the air down and up and are manually adjusted.

  10. The inner fan blades are responsible for distributing the air right and left and it is operated by pressing the swing button.

  11. The cooling process depends on the continuity of water in the water tank, so it is preferable to connect a permanent water source to the appliance or fill the device with water every 12 hours.

NB: –
The air cooler has a specific environment through which it gives the best performance, which is the hot dry desert climate without placing it in any closed place. If the air cooler is placed in a hot dry climate, near an open door or window to renew the air or in an open place such as parks, cafes, restaurants and mosques, events houses and homes, you will get cold air with minimal energy consumption.

Troubleshooting

If your appliance doesn’t work, check that:

  • The appliance is well connected to the mains outlet.
  • The power switch is turned on a specified speed other than 0.
    If your appliance still does not work, contact a approved service center.
