Q: There are a lot of false alarms.
A: Adjust the angle of your Motion Sensor to avoid the window area, heat sources, and any areas with constantly moving objects.
Q: How to enable Cloud Services?
A: A SwitchBot Hub Mini (sold separately) is required if you want to use Cloud Services. After setting up a Hub Mini, please navigate to the app homepage. If a cloud icon shows up on the Motion Sensor card, this means it is being scanned by Hub Mini. Tap the Motion Sensor card, tap Settings and enable Cloud Services.
