Product Information

This product is a 3-foot haunted doll decoration with motion and sound activation. The doll is designed to reveal a twistednightmare when wound up. It includes LED lights and sound effects .
The model number is #60405 and the item number is #5267923. The  dimensions of the doll are 12 inches x 10.5 inches x 36 inches. The doll is made of plastic, wire, foam, and fabric. It is surface
washable only.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

KEEP ALL PLASTIC AND WIRE PARTS AWAY FROM CHILDREN

1. Use a small Phillips/crosshead screwdriver to open the item’s battery compartment located on back of the 3-FT HAUNTED DOLL.
2.  Place 3 brand new AA alkaline batteries into the  battery compartment and replace cover.
3.  Pose HAUNTED DOLL with her back side (“key” side) facing toward you. The motion sensor to trigger the item is located next to the “key” and must be exposed in order to activate the item. Only  when activated will the HAUNTED DOLL turn 180 degrees.
4. Place power switch on the control box — located inside the clothes of the HAUNTED DOLL — to the “DEMO” position. Push the TRY ME button on the DOLL’s arm to activate the scary sequence.
5. Or place switch to the “ON” position to operate in sound and motion activation mode. Make a loud sound (clap), or wave hand in front of the HAUNTED DOLL to activate the scary sequence.
   NOTE Leave switch in the “OFF” position when not in use.

BATTERY INSTRUCTIONS AND CAUTIONS

• Contains (3) AA 1.5-volt alkaline batteries. Batteries are not rechargeable.

• Battery installation and removal should be performed by an adult.
  Batteries are harmful if swallowed. Keep away from young children.

• Remove batteries when not in use.

• Use only batteries recommended in the instructions.

• Do not mix new and used batteries.

• Do not mix alkaline, carbon-zinc, nickel-cadmium,
  rechargeable or different types of batteries.

• Be mindful to insert batteries with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated.

• Remove all exhausted batteries.

• Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.

• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the item before being charged.

• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.

• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

• Always dispose of exhausted batteries properly.

• Do NOT dispose of batteries in fire, they may leak or explode.
