Soundcore P25i True Wireless Earbuds

Product Information
The product is a pair of earbuds called Soundcore P25i. It comes with a dedicated mobile app called Soundcore, which can be downloaded from Google Play for Android devices and the App Store for Apple devices. The app enhances the user experience by providing features such as gaming mode, Find Device, EQ tuning, firmware update, and more.

Wearing Instructions

• Choose the ear tips (S, M, L) that fit your ears best.

Charging Instructions

• Before charging, make sure to fully dry off the earbuds and the USB-C charging port.
• Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port.
• When charging, a steady green light indicates that the earbuds are fully charged, while a flashing green light indicates that they are still charging.

Powering On & Pairing Instructions

• To power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode, open the charging case and take the earbuds out. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
• Select “Soundscore P25i” from your device’s Bluetooth list to connect for the first time.
• To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case and tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Controls

• Tap and hold the touchpad on the left earbud for 2 seconds to activate the Voice Assistant.
• Tap and hold the touchpad on the right earbud for 2 seconds to activate the soundscore.
• Tap and hold both touchpads for 2 seconds to switch between TWS (true wireless stereo) and MONO (monaural) modes.

Powering Off

• To power off, simply return the earbuds to the charging case and close it.

Reset Instructions

• If the earbuds have issues pairing with each other or with other devices, perform a reset by taking the earbuds out of the case. Within one minute of powering on, tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

MANUAL PAIRING
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case, then tap and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

CONTROLS

• ×2: Tap twice
• 2s: Tap and hold for 2 seconds
• You can also customize controls in the soundcore app

POWERING OFF
To power off, return the earbuds to the charging case and close it

RESET
