Function Definition
- Power switch key
- Reset key: long press to restore factory settings

Indicator light description
- Start up: the blue light flashes slowly after the blue light and red light are always on at the same time
- The blue light is always on, and the machine has been connected to the router
- The red light is always on when the TF card is not inserted
- Insert TF card and the red light flashes slowly
Power ON/OFF: (Please insert TF card before using this machine)
- Plug in the 5V charger to supply power to the machine
- Press the power button to the “On” position when the power is off. When the machine leaves the factory, it is in AP mode. At this time, the blue light flashes slowly when the machine is turned on. When the TF card is not inserted, the red light is always on. When the TF card is inserted, the red light flashes slowly, indicating that it is in the recording state. The machine is turned on.
- In the power-on state, push the power button to the “OFF” position, the machine is in the power-off state.
Reset button
If it is necessary to restore the factory settings, long press the M key of
the machine for more than 3 seconds, and the machine will restart, indicating
that the reset is successful.

Install by scanning the QR code: Android/Apple mobile phone general software

The operation guide of the client on mobile phone
- Camera-phone connection (AP mode):
- Push the ON/OFF button up to turn on;
- Enter the phone settings page, click on WLAN, find the camera signal named MTC888*** (no password required) and connect;
- Android mobile phone users please wait patiently for the pop-up window after connecting the camera, the pop-up window will remind you to change the network, please keep connected to the camera; You can refer to the following pictures: (Reminder: When connecting, please make sure that the distance between the phone and the camera does not exceed the limit of 5 meters)
Camera-APP remote setting (IP mode)
- After the phone-camera is directly connected, open the APP MTCam HD, the camera will be automatically added to the APP and displayed online;
- Click the settings button in the lower right corner of the camera view in the APP to enter Wifi in the advanced settings Connection configuration, select the router in use and enter the router password;
- Wait for the camera to update the network connection; when the camera shows online again, it means that the remote control mode has been successfully set; You can refer to the following pictures: (Reminder: When connecting, please make sure that the distance between the camera and the router does not exceed the limit of 5 meters)
Real-time monitoring
- Click the main screen of the camera in the APP, a pop-up window will remind you to change the password, you can modify or skip this step according to your actual needs;
- Enter the camera real-time monitoring page, you can set the brightness, night vision, resolution, sound, microphone, camera, video and other functions; You can refer to the following pictures:

Charging
- Insert one end of the USB cable into the USB port of the machine, and the other end into the USB port of the charger. The charging time is generally about 3 hours to be fully charged.
- When the machine is recording and plug in the charger, the machine can charge and record at the same time.
Answers to questions
- Remote monitoring is not smooth. Please select the appropriate resolution according to the network environment at that time.
- TF card is not saved. The first time you use the TF card, you must format it on the machine once.
- Can’t connect to the network. Please select the connection method according to the nature of your own network.
- APP remote viewing of TF card video is not smooth. Due to differences in the decoding capabilities of mobile phones. You can adjust the resolution of the device video to suit your mobile phone.
- If the password is accidentally forgotten. Please press and hold the device reset button for 4 seconds to restore the factory settings, then delete the device in the APP, and search and connect the device again.
- If the mobile phone does not receive the alarm message, please go to the mobile phone settings – notification and status bar – notification management -select “MTCam HD” APP, the software enters the settings, and open the option to allow notifications.
- When the equipment is working for a long time, especially when the infrared light is turned on, the casing of the machine will be hot, which is a normal phenomenon.
