How are Ekids Bluetooth headphones paired?
- Ensure that your gadget has Bluetooth turned on (check in Settings or Options).
- “ekids” will show up in the Bluetooth menu on your device.
- Choosing “ekids” will finish the pairing.
NOTE: Type “0000” on your device’s keypad if your Bluetooth device requests it in order to complete the pairing process.

It depends on the model Ipad. For the iPad with the circle audio jack on the bottom, they will plug right in to the iPad. If you have a newer version iPad, you’ll have to use a lightning jack adapter. We have older and newer iPads. And they work fine with all iPad models. Just get an adapter.

These headphone features include a Volume Limiting Switch, they connect to any audio device with an auxiliary port, have an adjustable headband, and pivoting ear cushions. There is no microphone on this model number.
Are these compatible with Amazon Fire Kids 7” tablet?
Yes. These headphones are compatible with any device with a 3.5 mm auxiliary port.
Can adults use these? How large a head will they fit on?
I haven’t opened up the package yet, they are for the new school year. The headphones are slightly smaller than the standard size. They would fit me (I have a small head) but I can’t tell if they would fit a man’s head.

The headphones do not require batteries. They connect to your device via 3.5 mm auxiliary cable.

How do i contact for warranty replacement? Not working correctly.
I don’t know. Ours doesn’t work properly either.

This model does not fold or have a carry case.
