The iFORKS-32 XT is a forklift truck scale that is completely wireless and equipped with extra thin forks. It offers several benefits, including easy handling of low pallets, quick installation within 5 minutes, and completely wireless operation through Bluetooth technology. The fork power is supplied by Li-ion compact battery packs, ensuring efficient power management. The scale also features digital calibration, and load warning for tip and side loading, and has been tested for 1,000,000 cycles at 125% of capacity.
Additional functions of the iFORKS-32 XT include automatic and manual zero correction, gross/net weighing, totaling with sequence number, and ID-code entry. It also has an integrated level correction in the forks, an internal clock for date and time, and an optional RS232 port connection for a printer. The scale supports Bluetooth 4.0 for RAVAS WeightsApp and can be equipped with a WiFi or Bluetooth module for data communication. It also provides tip- loading error messages with logging, sleep mode for the forks with automatic start-up, and overload protection. The standard specifications of the iFORKS-32 XT include a capacity of 2,500kg (with a capacity reduction of 40% in combination with rotators), multirange graduation, system tolerance of 0.1% of the load lifted, dual color display with backlight, signal transfer via Bluetooth 4.0, 4 function keys, and an on/off key. Each fork of the iFORKS-32 XT has its own rechargeable Li-ion 3.7V / 5.2Ah battery pack, providing autonomy of 75 hours of continuous use. The indicator is powered by 4 AA batteries, offering an autonomy of approximately 50 hours of continuous use. The scale also has a sleep function with automatic start-up for the fork transmitters and an auto shut-off function for the indicator.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the forklift truck scale, ensure that the Li-ion battery packs are fully charged. Connect the charger station to each fork to charge the batteries.
- Install the iFORKS-32 XT on the forklift truck within 5 minutes. Secure the scale using the provided bracket.
- Turn on the indicator by pressing the on/off key.
- To perform automatic zero correction, press the corresponding function key. Alternatively, you can manually adjust the zero point if required.
- To weigh items, lift them using the forklift truck and place them on the scale’s forks.
- The weight will be displayed on the dual color display with backlight. Green indicates a normal weight measurement, while red indicates errors such as tip or side loading.
- For totaling with sequence number, enter the ID code using the function keys. The internal clock can also be used to record the date and time of weighing.
- If needed, connect a printer to the RS232 port for printing weight data.
- The iFORKS-32 XT supports Bluetooth 4.0 for RAVAS WeightsApp. If required, you can also equip it with a WiFi or Bluetooth module for data communication.
- To ensure accurate weighing, periodically calibrate the scale digitally.
- When not in use, activate the sleep mode for the forks to conserve battery power. The forks will automatically start up when needed.
- Ensure that the scale is not overloaded beyond 200% of its mechanical construction capacity to avoid damage.
