Product Information: Auto Renewal

The Auto Renewal feature allows users to easily renew their subscription or membership automatically. This feature eliminates the need for manual renewal and ensures uninterrupted access to the product or service.
With Auto Renewal, users can opt-in to have their payment automatically processed on the renewal date. The system provides options to update credit card information and save it for future payments. Users can also choose to manually renew via PayPal if available in their region.

How to opt-in for Auto Renewal

1. Go to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz and click on the LOG IN icon.
2. Once logged in, go to Mini My Account at the top right corner of the page, and click My Account.
3. In My Account, under ACCOUNT, click RENEWAL.
4. Click the Auto-Renewal ‘+’ sign to expand the opt-in option.
5. Click on Opt In.
6. Add your credit card or select the option to use your saved credit card. If adding a new card, keep your mobile phone close as you may be asked to provide a Verification Code from your bank.
7. Accept the terms and conditions, then select SAVE & ACTIVATE.
8. You will be redirected back to the Auto Renewal page where your status will show activated. Congratulations, you have opted in to renew your business.

Updating your credit/debit card

1. Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz using your Amway ID (IBO number or email address) and password, and go to My Account.
2. In My Account, under Payments, click CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
3. Click on + Add New Card.
4. Enter the required credit card information and check the Use card for Auto Renewal checkbox. Then click SAVE. Keep your mobile phone close as you may be asked to provide a Verification Code from your bank.
5. Your Credit Card has been added and updated for your future Auto renewal payments.

How to Manually Renew via PayPal (Only available for Australia)

1. Click the Manual Renewal ‘+’ sign to expand the opt-in option.
2. Accept the terms and conditions, then select PAY NOW.
3. You will be transferred to the PayPal login window to sign into your account.
4. Select the account you wish to pay with, then select COMPLETE PURCHASE.
5. Once payment is successful, a confirmation message will be displayed.

How to view your downlines renewal status

1. Under reports, select Auto-Renewal.
2. The report will be displayed as shown.

Congratulations you have opted in to renew your business.

Updating your credit/debit card

Whenever you add a new card to your My Account, you can easily save it to use for Auto Renewal payments.

Step 1
Login to amway.com.au or amway.co.nz using your Amway ID (IBO number or email address) and password, and go to My Account.

Step 2
In My Account, under Payments, click CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

How to Manually Renew via PayPal (Only available for Australia)

Step 1
Click the Manual Renewal ‘+’ sign to expand the click opt in option

Step 2
Accept the terms and conditions and then select PAY NOW

Note-there are 2 payment methods for Manual Renewal. Should you wish – select PayPal then select CONFIRM

How to view your downlines renewal status

Step 1
Under reports, select Auto-Renewal

Step 2
Report is displayed as below.

Refer to the 2nd column, Auto Renewal status, to understand status

Step 4
To export to Excel select XLS button on right hand side.
