CABINETRY
- MATERIAL: MD (Medium Density Fibreboard) / Particlebard
- FINISHES: Gloss White (2PAC), Matt White (2PAC), Matt Grey (2AC), Snafell (Melamine), Walnut (Melamine) Dracula Oak (Melamine), Sorrento Oak (Melamine)
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Towel dry the surface regularly after use or when cleaning Clean regularly with a damp microfibre cloth and a natural cleaner. Make sure to wipe off any residue from the surface and towel dry immediately Always clean spills and water immediately off cabinet surface
CAUTION
- Limit exposure to high levels of salt
- Hair dye, bleaches, boot polish and similar chemicals will discolour the surface if not removed immediately
- Do not put heat directly on surface
- Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners. This includes:

STONE TOP
MATERIAL: Engineered Stone 20mm Thickness
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To keep your stone top clean, simply wipe with a soft cloth and a pH neutral
household liquid detergent.
- Use a silicone mat to protect surface from hot objects
CAUTION
- Avoid exposure to paint strippers, paint removers, bleach and nail polish remover. Rinse immediately with clean water to neutralise the effect, and then follow usual cleaning procedure.
- Avoid exposure to high impact, especially on the edges Avoid excessive weight being placed on the benchtop, such as tradespeople standing on the benchtop when carrying out other work in your home such as painting or electrical work.
TOILET SUITS AND BASINS
MATERIAL: Vitreous China
FINISHES: Gloss White, Matt White, Matt Grey, Matt Black and Matt Pink
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Towel dry the surface regularly after use or when cleaning
- Clean regularly with a damp microfibre cloth
- Use a mild household detergent or warm soapy water
- Toilet Seats – At regular intervals the tightening of the seat hinge bolts may be necessary as loosening may occur due to use
CAUTION
- Avoid scourers and rough brushes for cleaning
- Avoid contact with sharp objects which could chip or scratch the surface.
- Do not put heat directly on surface
- Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners. This includes:

- Highly acidic cleaners
- Alcohol and mineral-based solvents

If your product encounters any of these chemicals, rinse immediately with warm soapy water as these products will remove the surface gloss coating.

- Avoid contact with sharp objects which could chip or scratch the surface.
- Discolouration may occur in contact with Idoine, Mercurochrome solutions, boot polish, hair dye, bleaches, and acetone
- Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners. This includes:

TAPWARE, OUTLETS, SHOWER OUTLETS AND ACCESSORIES
MATERIAL: Solid Brass, Stainless Stells and ABS
FINISHES: Chrome, Matt Black, Brused Nickel, Brushed Brass and Gun Metal Electroplating – a process that uses an electric current to dissolve metal to form a metal coating. PVD – a process that refers to a thin film deposition technique where a solid material is vaporised in a vacuum environment and deposited on substrates as a pure material or alloy compostion coating
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use natural cleaning products only and no abrasive cleaning cloths
- Weekly cleaning with warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth is recommended
- Dry after each use to reduce watermarking and surface rust
- Tapware aerator is recommended to be cleaned every 6 months
- To best maintain finish, do not let water pool

- Do not use disinfectant to clean stainless-steel parts or components

STAINLESS STEEL SINKS
MATERIAL:
Stainless Steel and Stainless Steel Black
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Rinse and dry after every use
- Thoroughly at the end of the day use a soft sponge and detergent to wipe down the sink in the direction of the sinks brushing. Rinse with warm water and clean microfiber cloth to dry
- Use clean biodegradable products like bi-carb soda, vinegar, and lemon to remove stubborn limescale. Rinse with clean water and towel dry after.
- Once a month use a stainless-steel polish to polish the sink. When polishing use a soft cloth and apply in the direction of your sink brushing
- Stainless steel is rust resistand rather than scratch resistant.
CAUTION
- Do not use plastic scourer, steel wool or a prickly brush, these will scratch the surface
- Do not over polish as this may cause permanent changes to the apperance of the surface
- Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners. This includes:

- Highly acidic cleaners
- Alcohol and mineral-based solvents
MIRRORS
MATERIAL: Glass with silvering material
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- For best results clean mirrors using 30% methylated spirits to 70% water ra?o
- Avoid water getting on the back and sides
- Wipe around the edge to avoid salt build up

- Do not use Windex or similar cleaning products

SHOWER SCREEN
MATERIAL: 10mm Toughened Safety Glass
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Regularly clean your shower screen to maintain a scum free surface
- Use a mild household detergent and clean with a wet cloth. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
- If necessary, you can use a 30% methylated spirts to 70% water ratio to remove soap scum
- Use a squeegee to dry the area off and assist with a clean streak free surface
- Thoroughly rinse down the shower area with clean water at the end of each use
CAUTION
- Do NOT use Windex or similar cleaning products
- Do NOT use disinfectant to clean stainless-steel parts or components
- Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as these will scratch the surface

BATHS
MATERIAL: Acrylic
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Use mild household detergent or warm soapy water to clean with a soft cloth followed by a freshwater rinse
- Clean any marks or stains as soon as they occur
- For stubborn marks use Magic sponge with water

- Never leave a candle burning unattended
- When using essential oils, bath crystals/bath bombs, firstly test that the colour won’t stain your bath and always add into a bath full of water. Never poor directly into an empty bath
