Product Information
The EV Charger APP is a smart application that allows users to control and monitor their EV charging station remotely. It is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The device supports a router frequency of 2.4Ghz for reliable connectivity. The app can be downloaded from the APP Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
Product Usage Instructions
Downloading the App
- Search for “x smart” in the APP Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android) to download the x smart APP.
- Ensure that this device can reliably connect to the router network and that the signal is stable.
- This device supports router frequency of 2.4Ghz.
- When remotely controlling, make sure that the router is in normal working condition and the device is in standby or working state.
Operating Steps
- Register an account for the App following the text prompts.
- Click to register.
- Enter Email and Password, read and agree to the privacy policy, and register.
- Click to verify Email.
- After successful verification, log in to your account.
- Local operation by Bluetooth:
- Search nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Click the blue Device and wait for connecting.
- The device is available and starts charging.
- Click on Start/Stop to start or stop the charging operation. Click on Reserve to select the start time, duration, and repeat charging (optional). Click on Setting to set the working current, adjust the LED brightness, enable or disable plug-and-charge mode, and more.
- Unbundling Charging Station by Bluetooth:
- Click on the “…” at the top right of your phone.
- Click on Unbundling to unbind the Charging Station.
Network Options

Connect to servers by WiFi:

Add Device after log in.

Click the blue Device and wait for connecting.

Select WiFi and enter the WiFi Password. Without connecting
another protocol, click Confirm. To connect another protocol, click
Choose another protocol and follow the settings provided. -
Enter Custom protocol info and click New configuration.

Wait for network configuration to complete.

After successful configuration, enter a name for your Charging Station and start the experience.

Connect to servers by 4G:

Add Device after log in.
-
Click the blue Device and wait for connecting.

Select 4G Network and enter the 4G APN if needed. Without connecting another protocol, click Confirm. To connect another protocol, click Custom and follow the settings provided.

Enter Custom protocol info and click New configuration.

Wait for network configuration to complete.

After successful configuration, enter a name for your Charging Station and start the experience.

Connect to servers by LAN:

Add Device after log in.
-
Click the blue Device and wait for connecting.

Select Ethernet. Make sure the Charging Station is connected to the internet through the Ethernet port. Without connecting another protocol, click Confirm. To connect another protocol, click Custom and follow the settings provided.

Enter Custom protocol info and click New configuration.

Wait for network configuration to complete.

After successful configuration, enter a name for your Charging Station and start the experience.
RFID add and delete
- Add RFID Card:
- Click on Personal button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.
- Click on IC management to access the IC card page.
Download App
Search for x smart in APP Store or Google play (for android) to download the
“ x smart ” APP.
Ensure that this device can reliably connect to the router network and that
the signal is stable.
This device supports router frequency of 2.4Ghz.
When remotely controlling, make sure that the router is in normal working

- Enter the WiFi Password
- Without Connecting another protocol, Pls click “Confirm”
- To Connect another protocol, pls Click“ Choose another protocol” and setting as below (3.1-4)

Enter Custom protocol info. Click “New configuration”

Waiting to config Network.

Config success
Enter a name for your Charging Station.
Start experience.
Connect to servers by 4G

Add Device after log in.

Click the blue Device and Waiting for Connecting.

Select 4G Network
- Enter the 4G APN if need
- Without Connecting another protocol, Pls click “Confirm”
- To Connect another protocol, pls Click“ Custom” and setting as below (3.2-4)

Enter Custom protocol info.
Click “New configuration” -
Waiting to config Network.

Config success
- Enter a name for your Charging Station.
- Start experience.

RFID add and delete
Add RFID Card

Click on”Personal”button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.

Click on “IC management”to access the IC card page.

Click on the “Add” button at the bottom.
-
Place the IC card at the specified location of the Charging station in 30seconds.

Wait for the charging station to complete the process, and the addition IC card will be completed.
Delete RFID Card
-
Click on”Personal”button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.

Click on “IC management”to access the IC card page.
-
Click on “Unbind” to Charging Station.
