HYSUN EV Charger APP
Product Information
The EV Charger APP is a mobile application that allows users to control and monitor their EV charging station remotely. It supports both IOS and Android devices and requires a stable connection to a 2.4GHz router network. The app can be downloaded from the APP Store for IOS devices and Google Play for Android devices.
Operating Steps
- Download and Install the App
- Search for “X Smart” in the APP Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android) and download the X Smart APP.
- Ensure that your device can connect to the router network and the signal is stable.
- Note that the device supports a router frequency of 2.4GHz.
- When remotely controlling, ensure that the router is in normal working condition and the device is in standby or working state.
- Register an Account
- Click on “Register” and follow the text prompts to create an account.
- Enter your email and password, read and agree to the privacy policy, and complete the registration process.
- Click on “Verify Email” after successful registration to activate your account.
- Login to your account after successful verification.
- Local Operation by Bluetooth
- Search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Click on the blue device and wait for it to connect.
- The device will be available for charging once connected.
- Unbundling Charging Station by Bluetooth
- Click on the menu icon (three dots) at the top right of your phone.
- Select “Unbundling” to unbind the charging station.
- Network Options
- Connect to servers by WiFi:
- Add the device after logging in.
- Click on the blue device and wait for it to connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the network.
- Connect to servers by 4G:
- Add the device after logging in.
- Click on the blue device and wait for it to connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the network.
- Connect to servers by LAN:
- Add the device after logging in.
- Click on the blue device and wait for it to connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to configure the network.
- RFID Add and Delete
- Add RFID Card:
- Click on “Personal” button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.
- Select “IC Management” to access the IC card page.
- Click on “Add” button at the bottom.
- Place the IC card at the specified location of the charging station within 30 seconds.
- Wait for the charging station to complete the process, and the IC card will be successfully added.
- Delete RFID Card:
- Click on “Personal” button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.
- Select “IC Management” to access the IC card page.
- Click on “Unbind” to unbind the charging station.

Download App

Operating Steps
Register an account for the App following the text prompts.
- Click to register.
- Enter Email and Password, Read and Agree to the privacy policy, and register.
- Click to verify Email.
- After successful verification, login to your account.
Local operation by Bluetooth
- Search nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Click the blue Device and Waiting for Connecting.
- Device is available and start to Charge.
- Click on “Start”/ “Stop” allows you to start or stop the charging operation.
Click on “Reserve” allows you to select the start time, duration and repeat charging(optional).
Click on “Setting” allows you to set the working current, adjust the LED brightness, enabling or disabling plug-and-charge mode, and so on.
Unbundling Charging Station by Bluetooth
- Click on “…” at the right top of your phone.
- Click on “Unbundling” to unbind Charging Station.
Network Options
- Connect to servers by WiFi
- Click the blue Device and Waiting for Connecting.

Select WiFi.
Enter the WiFi Password.
Without Connecting another protocol, Pls click “Confirm”.
To Connect another protocol,pls Click “Choose another protocol” and setting as below (3.1-4). -
Enter Custom protocol info.
Click “New configuration”.
- Waiting to config Network.
- Config success.
Enter a name for your Charging Station.
Start experience.
Connect to servers by 4G
- Add Device after login.
- Click the blue Device and Waiting for Connecting.

Select 4G Network.
Enter the 4G APN if need.
Without Connecting another protocol, Pls click “Confirm”.
To Connect another protocol, pls Click“ Custom” and setting as below (3.2-4). -
Enter Custom protocol info.
Click “New configuration”.
- Waiting to config Network.
- Config success.
Enter a name for your Charging Station.
Start experience.
Connect to servers by LAN
- Add Device after login.
- Click the blue Device and Waiting for Connecting.

Select Ethernet.
Make sure Charging Station is connected to the internet through the Ethernet port.
Without Connecting another protocol, Pls click “Confirm”
To Connect another protocol, pls Click “Custom” and setting as below (3.3-4). -
Enter Custom protocol info.
Click “New configuration”.
- Waiting to config Network.
- Config success.
Enter a name for your Charging Station.
Start experience.
RFID add and delete
Add RFID Card
- Click on “Personal” button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.
- Click on “IC management” to access the IC card page.
- Click on the “Add” button at the bottom.
- Place the IC card at the specified location of the Charging station in 30 seconds.
- Wait for the charging station to complete the process, and the addition IC card will be completed.
Delete RFID Card
- Click on “Personal” button at the top left of the homepage to enter the User Center.
- Click on “IC management” to access the IC card page.
- Click on “Unbind” to unbind Charging Station.
