How to Use
Adjustment of basic posture and strength of usability
- Place the “Muscle Release Tool” in a place where you feel comfortable, and relax on your back to sleep.
- If you feel pain or discomfort, raise your knees and lift your body a little to lessen the feeling of pressure.
- When on a bed mattress, your main body sinks. This further reduces the feeling of stretching and pressing.

[30 seconds x 3 parts] → Relax and sleep in your favorite part without moving your body.
Do not use it continuously. Please use about 5 minutes a day.
• Adjust so that the “Muscle Release Tool” hits the part shown in the photo, and sleep. Relax and relax. If you move slowly, it will also be an effective stretch of your spine to comfortably stretch your muscles. -
Twist Ride
